Burts Online Ltd Arvostelua

fast services and good comms

The service by Burts was swift for a good price. But at 9.30am I received a text to say that DX would deliver that day before 6.00pm. I was already at work. I expected the driver to call and I could be home in moments. But I received no call and arrived to find the carpet thrown on the drive. It was well wrapped but I could not move it on my own and a storm cloud was overhead. My husband came home to help me get the carpet inside and returned to work. Burts don't use DX, their delivery manner was extremely poor.

Fantastic service

Great fast service and helpful.product great aswell.thank you.

Good quality carpet for price and quick delivery, well protected for transit.

The order is yet to be delivered and very impressed with Burts so far. Very competitive on price and the customer service has been excellent. Even though ordered online, receiving phone calls to update is a very welcome more personal touch.

From contacting Burts through one of their agents and to making the online purchase was excellent.
The carpet was excellent quality as it was described especially designed for the living room.
The only slight downside was DX delivery which came the day after it said it was due and they text to say it was being delivered on the day it came but it just arrive without a time slot.

An easy online ordering service made the job pain free - delivery was quick
Carpet now in and looks great

Ordered carpet and they were very helpful and got carpet very quickly at a great price
Would use this company again

Great service & communication

All gone smoothly so far. Ordered, goods in quickly and delay on my side, they agreed to keep carpet till required. Good communication via e mail and on phone.

Good service, good price and fast delivery. Happy!

Best online retailer for carpets. Bought from repeatedly. Helpful staff always returned calls. Reliable retailer.

Good value taking into account price and quality and seemingly better than anyone else and lots of different size offcuts to choose from.

It was a bit annoying to have the delivery suddenly arrive without warning but luckily I was in.

Great quality wool carpets at a very affordable prices
Delivery was quite quick but unfortunately tracking wasn’t possible so had a day waiting in
End result was worth it though
Would buy again
