Burt and Gurt Jewellery  Arvostelua

Nice chain, however the spring was broke on the catch. After sending mails, leaving voicemails and numerous unanswered phone calls, we gave up and went to the local jewellers to get it fixed.

Great company, brilliant products and service. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I have used Burt & Gurt and they have been great. Quality of the product and the efficiency in how they dealt with the order have been great on both occasions. I will definitely be back in future.

Beautiful personalised product
Good communication
Speedy delivery in time for Christmas

Highly recommended! My ring is gorgeous and the customer service was brilliant!

I ordered a 2mm band laser engraved with our sons name and date of birth for my wife. The quality of the piece is exceptional and it easily surpassed any expectations that I had. The whole process from ordering to receiving the item has been extremely easy and communication from Jaycee just helped to make everything that little bit easier. Little things like sending out a ring sizer to make sure I was ordering the correct size really helped.

I honestly can’t recommend this business enough, we will certainly be returning for future jewellery purchases!

Beautiful necklace. This one was a gift for my friend as I loved the one they made for me so much. Really well made, quality piece of jewellery and the direct communication with B&G made purchasing so easy.

I met Jaycee and Mark through one of my friends. I was looking to have a ring designed that was very personal. Jaycee listened to absolutely everything I wanted to include and what kind of design I liked. Together they made me the most perfect ring. I couldn't be happier to have something so beautiful to pass down through my family. Forever grateful!

Well what can I say about Burt and Gurt. Fabulous service. We ordered our daughter a necklace for her birthday....our fault we ordered with only 3 weeks to spare. We called the day before to find out when we could expect it. Jaycee went out of her way to make sure we received on time...even putting in a birthday card for our daughter. The necklace was gorgeous. A very happy customer. Thank u so very much. Will certainly be ordering again.

Amazing, perfect in every way. Would highly recommend :) x

first time ordering with this company and it was so easy. They sent me a ring sizer so I was able to get the exact size of ring, it arrived in less than a week and it is beautiful, my daughter will absolutely love it. Thank you Burt & Gurt will definitely shop again.

Brilliant customer service, almost instant responses to any queries, and super helpful and happy to answer any questions you have ! Absolutely stunning necklace.....I love it ! Thank you so much for a great service all round

Brilliant small business! The entire design process was seamless - I'm delighted with every purchase I've made and the service is excellent.

Amazing assistance when trying to choose my necklace. Helped me choose colours against my existing jewellery. Can’t wait to receive mine! Definitely recommend!

What I want out of a bespoke service is a team who listens to me, understands my taste, sticks to my budget, is trustworthy and honest, and who has amazing ideas. Burt and Gurt have all of these things! They consistently deliver on time, on budget, and produce the most spectacular pieces. I will never go anywhere else! These guys are the dream team.

I wanted something that I could wear every that represented my children. These rings are perfect. Simple enough to wear everyday but special enough to mean something. Customer service is great too!

Excellent personalised service. Would recommend to anyone looking for that special gift.

Amazing quality ring and 5* customer service.

I very much appreciated the amazing customer service I received when purchasing this ring. I mistakenly incorrectly sized my ring therefore it needed to be sent back on a few occasions. I could not have received a more speedy and thorough service. Again thank you so so much. I would definitely recommend Burt and Gurt and will 100% be shopping again.

I am so pleased with my purchase! The customer service was brilliant! So helpful and great advice. Had to have my rings re sized but was not a problem and was done in no time at all. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again!
