Burgess & Co Arvostelua

Couldn't fault the guys and girls at Burgess and co, kept me informed throughout the whole process

We had a great experience with this agency from start to finish. The whole process was handled very smoothly and professionally, even when things became challenging towards the end.

A special thank you to Ben, Liam and Taniya — they were outstanding, extremely helpful, responsive and supportive throughout the entire purchase. They kept us informed at every stage and made the whole journey much less stressful.

We felt very comfortable dealing with them and would highly recommend this team to anyone buying or selling a property.

Great bunch of guys very helpful and communication was fantastic

Ben did a fantastic Job of guiding us through our purchase. I would definatly recommend Burgess & Co.

Our experience with the Burgess team has been excellent. From the valuation to completion, they guided us through every stage with clear communication and attention to detail. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt supported and in good hands. We’re extremely grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling.

When purchasing our new home we found every member of the Burgess and Co team to be extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Special thanks Ben for liaising with the vendor to get all the answers to our questions quickly and for being so helpful.

We’ve just sold our home through Burgess & Co and honestly couldn’t be happier.
The whole team were professional, super helpful, and always quick to respond. They stayed on top of every detail and kept us fully updated, so we never had to chase anything up. Selling a home can feel stressful, but they made the whole experience smooth and straightforward. We’d happily recommend Burgess & Co to anyone looking to sell.

We felt communication was very professional, negotiation handled very well, few issues along the way were handled very well. The chain was held together, and ultimately exchanged largely due to the experience and professional efforts of the team.

Fantastic Estate Agent! All the staff we met and had contact with were friendly and helpful. Made my purchase a breeze and were there when I had any questions or wanted to fit an extra viewing in just to make sure. Highly recommended..

Burgess & Co have been absolutely incredible. I’m so glad we chose them to sell our house. It was a very difficult sale, but they handled everything with such professionalism and genuinely went above and beyond in every possible way.

Ben and Paul in particular were outstanding — so kind, personable, and truly lovely to deal with. They brought such a personal warmth to the whole experience and always made the process feel that bit easier.

I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

All the very best

Gemma

Tanya and Ben and the whole team at Burgess & Co were brilliant. They went above and beyond to get stuff sorted and remained calm, personable and professional throughout our house purchase. They held all the pieces together to ensure to get the sale through. While they were acting for their client (the seller) they were focussed on achieving a joint outcome for everyone. Definitely a team that put your faith back into Estate Agents and absorbed a lot of the stress and pressure invovled.

Ben Davey was very helpful, with wise advice initially. In the current climate I feel very fortunate to have had someone trying hard, and succeeding, to find me a buyer.

I had Burgess sell our property and they alway kept you updated and was happy to answer any questions any time. They were always polite and helpful, and even at the end when the process was going through they was always there for us. I would recommend Burgess if anyone is looking for a confident work team for an estate agent.

Right from the word go where I called in just to ask questions on the process of selling a house and throughout to completion the Team at Burgess and Co have been great at communication, polite and more than helpful.

They have been able to get trades people in to investigate and resolve an issue with the house quickly and without any pressure on me to go with their choice of trades people. I have been asked at every step of the way and full input.

They have kept in touch with the various solicitors throughout to not only keep the sale moving forward but to be able keep both myself as the seller and buyers up to date on the sale progress.

Always helpful and kept me informed as soon as they knew anything.

Having recently sold a flat through Burgess and Co I can highly recommend them as very knowledgeable, positive yet realistic at the same time, supportive and professional in their approach. Special thanks to Paul, Liam, Ben, Jess, Tanya and Debbie.

Great service from start to finish. Kept me updated at all times and always available to talk to. A great friendly and professional team that I would recommend 100%
