We wanted a specific variety of Buddleia
We wanted a specific variety of Buddleia, one called Wisteria whose size made it suitable for patio pots. A search of local garden centres yielded all the usual suspects so a Google search found a few nurseries offering specimens via the post. I simply liked the look of Burford from its website, and this can be a disaster. In this case it wasn't and I only wish we lived near to Burford. The specimen arrived after only a few days. Its protective packaging was excellent and the plant itself was far, far better than all the ones we'd seen in local garden centres. Outstanding.

Just bought two christmas trees from here -
One has dried mud ALL over it - clearly dragged along behind a trailor. Should have been jetwashed or ditched. Didn't see it until I'd got it home, cut the base to fit my stands, carried it upstairs and unwrapped it
Both appear to be grown from stock spliced into last years tree stumps, both far too big to fit in a standard stand and needed trimming to size with a chainsaw
A load of phaff at a busy time of year that I really didn't need, for quite expensive trees. Utterly unacceptable from a luxury end retailer
