Customer service puts them a notch above others
Voicebunny has been my go-to service for video voiceovers and dubbing because they always deliver great quality, make the process easy, and have a big choice of voice actors.
What prompted me to write this review is the most recent example of their amazing customer service. Despite all the other things above I mentioned that make the service great, their customer service is what really puts them over the top and makes me a loyal customer. Whenever I have questions about a project, need revisions to a voiceover, or have any problems, they're always super responsive and helpful. You get a real person who gives you informed answers quickly - such a rarity these days.
Thanks Nicole for your recent help, and to the whole team who's helped me over the past years!

I cannot recommend Bunny Studio enough. From the easy to use interface where I was able to select just the right voice artist and price point, right through to the final product which arrived ahead of schedule.
The voice, provided by Christian Neale, was excellent and was great value for money. I would recommend Bunny Studio to anyone who needs a top-quality voice actor whatever their budget. Thank you again!

Very solid. This is where I will be going in the future for voice overs.
Before I booked a voice over artist on Bunny Studio, I researched what sites I could get affordable voiceovers from. I liked Bunny Studios because I didn't have to create an account to see pricing and they had a large selection of talent and good search features. They also offer some of the most affordable pros out there.
I did hire two other voice over artists on Fiverr because they were really good and even cheaper than on Bunny Studio, but they were a real effort to find, and only one of them was actually that much cheaper than bunny studio pros.
What Bunny Studio offers that Fiverr does not is that you don't have to weed through 100 bad listings to find one good one (they're all good,) plus they are very dedicated to making sure you are pleased. I actually turned down a voice over artist because he wasn't able to produce the style I thought he could, and to my surprise I was refunded with credit to use on another pro, who ended up working great. I do think if you turn down the work pros submit often enough, it will reflect on your record and they might stop working with you, but if you're pretty good at telling who would be the right fit for a project, you should be good and having that to fall back on is really nice.
Bunny Studio will be my #1 go to site in the future.

Daeus, I can't thank you enough for your detailed review. Everything you mention is an accumulation of many hours of dedicated work from everyone at Bunny Studio. Reviews like yours are the extra fuel that drives us to exceed expectations, thank you.
Regarding this last part of your review: " I do think if you turn down the work pros submit often enough, it will reflect on your record and they might stop working with you" - Don't worry about this, since we still pay our pros even when clients reject their work. We understand that clients may have their own reasons for rejecting a project, but it would be unfair to not compensate pros for their work. Therefore, Bunny Studio takes care of it by paying the pros accordingly, but also assuring our clients what we promise: a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Thank you again and we hope we can develop a long-lasting professional relationship.
