the best
this could sound biased but I have been using this service for several years now and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the voiceovers and most of all with the service itself and the always reliable, kind and professional people that work there. they always give you a feedback and are always focused on finding a solution for every need. you feel like you are working with people, not bots or internet magic. I also tried other services but this is the best I have used so far hands down.

I liked that they did several versions of the script in different tones because that helps a lot. I am satisfied with the final product, thank you for your customer service.

Best voiceover service I know, easy, fast and convenient.
Even when I once chose a voice actor that was not suitable for the script, voicebunny selected three other actors for me to chose from instead; overall great result as always.

Quality Voiceover Delivered Quickly.
Bunny Studio was a super fast way for us to get a solid voiceover delivered for a video we were developing.
The talent (Tiffany) was very responsive, delivered the project, literally, within hours of receiving it, and turned around revisions just as quickly.
From sending her the script to receiving a revised finished voiceover, it was about 12hours!
Amazing!

Terrible
Terrible - from both the client and talent side. Poor communication, clunky sitem no communication between clients and voice talent. Payments for clients and to talents are often difficult due to transaction functionality going down. Avoid! Cheap but quality of service is bad - the reply below suggests issues I refer to here have been fixed. They have not. Bunny studios are great at PR but in practice are woefully inefficient

Hello Steven,
Thank you for your candid feedback. I’m sorry to have provided a bad experience for you.
Many clients have mentioned, as you did, the need to have direct communication with our talents. That’s why we are happy to announce that we are releasing this functionality in the near future.
Regarding the quality issue that you mention, please remember that we offer unlimited revisions. So, if you haven’t met your deadline yet, I encourage you to ask for a revision. I’ll personally make sure we nail it this time. If you rather, you can also ask for a refund. We offer a money-back guarantee on all our projects.
As for your issue with payments, we experienced a bug a few weeks back, but we want to assure you that the problem has been solved. However, if you have any issues at all in the future, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@bunnystudio.com and we will unblock you a the speed of light.
Again, we apologize for this bad experience. We take your feedback seriously and constantly use it to improve our platform. I invite you to continue this exchange through our Support desk: https://help.bunnystudio.com/hc/en-us
