Bunk Campers - Greater London Arvostelua

I rented a camper for 10days and paid a 2,000GBP deposit. In getting the van they did not ensure the gas water heater was working and immediately after taking the van away the water didn’t work after trying to reset the system multiple times we gave up and had no water. Also the fridge locked itself with our items inside so we also had no fridge basically a van and a bed! The major issue was that we damaged the bumper with a 2 inch crack when we reversed and a bin had been placed behind the van (in contact) the bin fell and the leverage pressure of it under the bumper created a crack. They claim major damage and frame damage which is ridiculous we have video and photo evidence yet they are charging $1500 pounds which is very abbusive. It feels like they’ll do what they can to make a extra buck. I would have been using them every year With my family but now I would suggest to avoid them!

In response to your response the bumper has a two to three inch crack cause by pressure and not impact. That is superficial and can be fixed. If you are insisting on replacing the bumper and taking my deposit then I would insist you send me the official receipt for the cost of the new bumper. Photographic proof of the new installation and that the cracked bumper is now my property so I can collect said bumper to repair and sell to offset the cash lost by the apparent need for cull replacement.

Reference the gas do you not think you should check and see if it is working before sending clients out. On the video we are told to check the hob the job had full flame hence the reason I didn’t change the gas tank but performed system resets as instructed.

We hired a 4 berth campervan for our daughter and ourselves. It served the purpose of providing enough space for 3 adults, though we found in wet weather it was a bit tight. Mark and his team at Heathrow were helpful and chatty.
The lack of signage to the property from the road made it difficult to find when using Uber and /or GPS.

Gute Betreuung durch Personal, aber wenig Sauberkeit im Wohnmobil bei der Übernahme. Durch Angebot einer teuren Zusatzversicherung fühlt man sich ausgenommen.

Great service very helpful would definitely use them again .

Thanks to Mark for all your help the London tour was great best wishes stay safe.

Two times the get my money more accidents from the van i can realy see. To much money for the rent etc. etc.

Solid service
Car in a good quality

Very kind personel. All went smooth and friendly. Can absolutely recommend.

Mark and his crew made us feel welcome and prepped us well for our journey. We'll be referring you out to others.

Easy collection and return. Very good service and nice 4 berth motorhome. We didn’t take the extra insurance as we didn’t feel we needed it and had no issue with the camper

We had a great experience with Bunk Campers. The RV was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Bunk Campers Heathrow
Mark and his team made us very welcome as this was our first camper van experience. They were very professional and explained everything we needed to know about the CaraCompact model that we hired. We did the NC500 and we will be back to hire again

WARNING!!! CCTV SHOWS THEIFS BREAKING IN AND DRIVING OFF WITH ALL OUR BELONGINGS IN UNDER THREE MINUTES (without the keys). NO ALARM NO TRACKER NO SECURITY.

After finally getting through to the company 2 days after it was stolen. They told us it’s OUR FAULT and tried to take our deposit.

Thousands of pounds worth of our personal belongings gone in just minutes. One of the reps at Bunk Campers told me that they had removed the alarms because they would disturb people!!!

Excellent service and camper - proposal to include pick up time in customer documents

Overall good, however I missed provisions in the camper for garbage. He’d to improvise with a plastic bag hung off a doorknob.
Also in today’s day and age a 200£ investment in a solarpanel and charge regulator is not extravagant.
Nice idea with the cutlery boxes. The inclusion of a sharp knife would make it even better.

Good service, nice clean vehicle with comfortable heating and a good sound system. I enjoyed my trip even when it rained a whole day!

Great - spacious clean and efficient

I had a great holiday in my Aero camper van. Everything worked perfectly.
The guys were so helpful and patiently explained how to use the heating, hot water etc.
They were also quick to respond to an enquiry I had while on holiday.
Highly recommend this team.
