Très déçu du sens commercial de la Direction...hôtel ou nous séjournons en moyenne 4 fois par ans depuis 2019 à 2 ou en famille...sans gros soucis jusqu'au dernier séjour en mai. Pas de chance grève en Belgique obligation de repartir 48 h plus tôt faute de plan B...nous prévenons la direction de cette mauvaise nouvelle dès le vendredi pour un départ le dimanche au lieu du mardi donc 48h avant notre départ...on nous répond voyez avec votre voyagiste il prendra en charge les 258 euros correspondant...mail chez Ryanair qui prétexte une grève nationale donc pas prévisible pour eux donc zéro prise en charge...nous arrivons aujourd'hui pour un nouveau séjour en expliquant la situation et Anna la directrice nous fait comprendre que que les annulation avec remboursement 24h à l'avance ne concerne que les séjours complets ou les cas exceptionnels décès d'un proche...N'ayant pas en projet de supprimer quelqu'un de ma famille je reste en attente d'une compensation un geste commercial, il semblerait que ce mot soit une énigme pour ce groupe, je ne sais pas un code réduction sur un prochain séjour , une corbeille de fruit avec quelques bulles m'aurait semblé être un minimum ...mais non la fidélité et la récurrences des séjours ne semblent pas compter pour ce groupe...attention les amis un client satisfait en amène 4 un client mécontent en fait perdre 10...en ce qui me concerne je vais peut être considérer une recherche vers d'autres sites en quête de clientèle à séduire...ca existe !!!

I very recently stayed at the Bull Astoria Hotel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and cannot recommend the hotel enough!
Beautifully decorated, fantastic facilities, gorgeous staff, excellent price point and great location too.
Found out after arriving that I was literally less than 5 minutes from Las Canteras beach, some 4km long and absolutely beautiful. I wandered along it many times during my stay. This was my first city stay and of course as always read reviews on where I was going including accommodation.
This hotel was in the midst of the city but once inside the feeling was of calm, luxury and peace. The entire staff complement were friendly, polite, helpful and cheery. I found the food to be top notch! Plenty of breakfast choices, dinner too. Huge compliments to the chef, your food was beautiful, delicious and so tasty - I never had to add any condiments as it was all soo good. On floor 5 there was a lovely pool, sauna, gym, meeting area, internet cafe and outside lounging area, activity area and an inside relaxation area too along with a fab bar. Bar prices were brilliant and the upstairs area was beautiful.

20 odd minutes from airport, excellent transport connections close to hand, more typically Spanish than the touristy areas (which I loved), fantastic base for exploring and plenty to do close by. Also close and central for night life. Numerous supermarkets and restaurants close by.

Small hotel, small number of rooms, Big Congratulations to the Bull chain for your exceptional hospitality, service, accommodation including design- decor- ambience here also ethos and staff complement at this hotel. I would come back again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for an unbelievable stay.

I have stayed with them many times.

Completely Wasted my time !
Do not Book with a Hotel group who treat potential guests in such a Disrespectful Manner.
