Have been using the product for years…

Have been using the product for years but the customer service just keeps getting worse and worse.

Weeks without a reply to issues from customer support, overcharges. Upgraded an account and never received any of the new features despite being billed for them. Overall a terrible experience.

The system is slow and feels very outdated. Definitely better and newer alternatives on the market.
