Went through CE and then CE+, Bulletproof are very professional and extremely helpful. Their processes all make sense and the quality of the toolset and assessors are very high. I actually enjoyed the experience and am well setup for the next annual assessment.

Super helpful and guided us well to gain our certification

We had a fabulous experience going through Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus. Jonathan and Emma were both quick to answer and would go the extra mile to make us understand all the steps needed to complete the audit. We were very satisfied with the overall experience!

Bulletproof helped us implement ISO27001: they were clear about the timescale, helpful in explaining the standard and the result was that we passed the external audit with no non-conformities or other deviations. We completed the process in the agreed timescale.

Although we did have to write many new processes and procedures Bulletproof provided excellent templates. We were fortunate to have a good document management system that was easily adapted to the standard: the external auditor initially planned for over a week but actually took two days. Data organisation was also key to encouraging the rest of the company to help build and then use the system.
