Worst company. Stay away

Ordered my items on 1st September. Despite multiple follow ups. No update was given. When I request my money back because the items have not been delivered despite it being 18 days after my placed my items, they responded to say there’s a delay. Since then, nothing
I have not received my delivery or refund. Customer service is non existent to them

The items were delivered on time I…

The items were delivered on time I would say because on the website it says delivery in a week so they did good on their word.
The only thing preventing it from a 5 star ⭐ is the lack of communication. There was no email to inform you about your order, delivery date or to track. Basically you’ll just be home and the items will arrive. Tough luck if you’re not home.

Large Order

I ordered a very large number of drinks (in the 100s) and I was so pleased with the customer service. James made sure he sourced every single item and had it delivered still within the time frame. I was very pleased with my experience
