amazing delivery expectations and fab product
they deliver well within their stated timeframe – AND let you know if there's going to be a delay! I get the hydration drink and even a half scoop is perfect to keep me going throughout the day :) just got my second order and most likely will be ordering again once that runs out!

Taste good, odour bad
The taste for the whey protein is amazing.
The only thing is if you leave it a few hours the smell is very strong. You have to wash your protein shaker very quickly so there isn’t a strong smell coming from it. Even worse if you leave it over night.

Keeping me fit
Booking is simple on line, takes a bit longer to get products about a week, usually by courier but the tracking email are very good. Good value for product but they stopped giving points for purchases which was an incentive for me but I do stil use them for protein powders and vitamins

Beef protein Isolate
Beef protein Isolate. Had to switch from Whey Protein Isolate due to large price increases in whey protein. Bulk beef protein isolate proved an excellent alternative for now. I mix in shake with psyllium husk, Tspoon peanut butter, and Tspoon instant coffee and some rock salt which gets rid of excess sweetness if flavoured, or the dodgy taste of unflavoured beef protein.
