good quality
Bought whey protein, good quality. Bought protein bars, which are very tasty. Though the banana bread has loose lumps of brown sugar in it, which I'm sure is unintentional.

Hi Marion,
Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. We’re delighted to hear that you’re enjoying the whey protein and found the protein bars very tasty.
It’s wonderful to know they’re meeting your expectations.I appreciate you pointing out the issue with the banana bread. Loose lumps of brown sugar are certainly not intentional, and your observation is extremely helpful. I’ve passed this along to our relevant team so they can review the batch and ensure the texture is consistent and up to our usual standards.
Your feedback genuinely helps us improve, and we’re grateful you took the time to let us know.Thank you once again.
Kind regards,

Stop hounding me for a review, please
It was great but why do you insist on getting a review so much? I don’t like feeling forced to do it. Honestly, it’s annoying.

Hi Jessy,
Thank you for the review.
I’m glad to hear you felt the product itself was great, but I completely understand why the repeated review requests felt annoying. That’s absolutely valid feedback. You should never feel pressured or obligated to leave a review, and your experience matters just as much as the rating itself.
We’ll make sure your comments are passed on internally, as they help us improve how and when we ask for feedback. Your comfort and experience should always come first.
Kind regards,
