I wanted to get a maxed out pc because of the supposed Ai price mark up with storage, ram, and gpu, and build redux had the best price and most reliable reviews outside of sponsored ads my system never fails no bugs or problems if I did have a problem, its that it is expected to be hot, but the temps are very high and are normal but I wish they would be cooled down a little more because turning the thing on quite literally starts heating the general area

the PC i got is the good AMD it is a great computer i have yet to find a game it struggles with it plays star citizen and tarkov like they dont exist

The product is exactly what I paid for and it arrived within a reasonable amount of time and I am very happy with the products performance

Prices are fair and delivery is quick. I've bought two computers from BuildRedux, they're are my go-to

shipping is terrible with them... hope that your computer doesn't have any issues. They do have a warranty but you'll be paying for shipping. You spend over $3,000 on a machine and you'd expect it be to built correctly too right? Not here. My computer was having issues, got a replacement part, and went to replace it (and guess what, it didn't come with all the parts in the delivery), found out it was installed incorrectly.

Redux makes buying a PC easy if you wanna make it complicated go for it personally I just want to buy a product

I recieved my order less than 2 weeks after purchasing expecting it to take way longer. The only problem after placing the order was waiting for a tracking #. The setup was super easy and they give you additional parts to upgrade if you want in the future.

The buying experience was easy. The PC arrived in 1 piece. The was a delay due to the snow but not because of the business itself. The PC runs phenomenally. The only issue i had was with my WIFI. The signal would not reach my PC without an extender but it is as of yet unclear if this is due to my living situation or because of the PC itself.

This pc is a monster! I will say totally worth getting this pc. I mostly play a lot of modded minecraft and usually those modpacks take a toll on the memory and performance. Compared to my laptop, it runs so smooth! Definitely one of the best decisions I ever made.

Horrible experience with the warranty. Graphics card broke after about a year and a half. Insisted that I ship it back for repairs in the original box which I no longer had. They wouldn't accept an equivalent box even though it's just a box. They charged $70 to ship a stupid box that's the exact same as any other box.

Service was incredibly slow, took over three to finally get my PC back. I insisted not to ship it back through FedEx and not to require signing. They said they can't do it even though I called support. I had to waste a vacation day to sign for it. Then the computer didn't even arrive the day it was supposed to so I had to burn another day. I asked if I could pick it up at the FedEx center but FedEx said no since the shipper didn't allow they. I called BuildRedux support again to ask if they could allow it to be picked up and they said they can't. No acknowledgement of any of this inconvenience. I've had miniscule inconveniences as least acknowledged by a $5 coupon at other places for much less. This company made no effort to apologize for any of this process, zero compensation. Compare this to Costco where I bought another computer and was entitled to a full replacement, no questions asked. Will never buy from them again and I hope no one buys from them again.

As for the good? When I bought from them a couple years ago their prices were ok I guess.

Also just remembered after reading someone else's review, they insisted that they might not be able to fix it under warranty until they reviewed it, so I didn't even know if I was going to get my PC fixed until over a week later. When they said that, I asked if I could just get a new graphics card exchanged (since I knew that was the issue, it was very obvious) or just trade it in for something of equal value. They made zero attempt to be helpful and refused both options. Just no flexibility at all. For a mid sized business you'd think they wouldn't be bogged down by all that but apparently not.

It's absolutely ridiculous considering even mega corps like Amazon offer more flexibility and better support.

I'm 29 years old and this is the first time I've hated a company enough to leave an online review. Even restaurants that gave me food poisoning didn't bother me enough to bother leaving a bad review.

Not sure what theses people are thinking. After looking at there offerings I researched a bit and was able to build a PC with an Asus rog strix b850-e gaming wifi mobo, amd ryzen 7 9800x3d processor, 32g ddr5, 2t nvme, radeon 9060xt 16g graphics card plus case, liquid cooler, operating system, power supply for under 2k. A comparable system from them is over 5k. Wtf

They sent me my $5k PC with a defective graphics card, then had the nerve to tell me they'd send a replacement upon receiving another $3800 deposit for the replacement until they received the defective card back. I've been without a working PC since I received (a week ago) and now they want me to wait until I ship the defective card back, they test it to confirm it is defective, then they will ship the replacement (another 7 - 10 days). No urgency on their part to resolve this.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD, Everything is the customers fault, never on them...and waranty claims all denied for one reason or another.

This pc is dogshit. Lagging 24/7 freezing etc. Nothing but issues and problems i am having to PAY to ship it to them when i have a warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!

Worst computer EVER! I got it for my boyfriend he was so excited and it's crap. He build his original PC and has had it more than ten years zero problems. Purchasing this computer was such a huge regret and waste of money. It constantly shuts off or freezes or other issues. He's tried everything to fix it and no luck. We were better off, him keeping his old one which we gifted to our son or buying one at Costco. Biggest disappointment ever. Don't bother wasting your money. Worse experience. Wish we never bought it.

Ordered a pc April 24th it never arrived by May 27th , was told gpu shortage was reason yet pc was marked as in stock. Very unprofessional do not buy from here

FIRST EMAIL RECEVIED 3.3.25 CONFIRMING THEY ARE WORKING ON PC

10-15 DAYS WAS THE ESTIMATED SHIP DAY AND WHAT MADE ME PURCHASE THROUGH THEM

EMAILED THEM 3.18 (15TH DAY FROM OG EMAIL) TO FIND OUT THE EARLIEST I WOULD GET PC IS MID APRIL, END OF APRIL THE LATEST DUE TO GRAPHIC CARD SHORTAGE.

I THINK THEIR BIGGEST ISSUE IS LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR CONSUMERS WHICH THEN LEADS TO THEM LOOKING AT REVIEWS AND FINDING OUT THE MOST COMMON PROBLEM WITH BUILD REDUX IS TRANSPARENCY.

I EMAILED THEM THIS MORNING ASKING TO CANCEL MY ORDER.

Ordered a Computer from them 3/6/25 said its 3-5 days to process the order then 10-15 to ship it which is fine i emailed after 15 days of no updates to be told itll be about another 25 or so days or so to get it shipped then just requested a cancellation. Also dont really like that they dont give specifics of the parts memory just says dual band ddr5 not what brand or what speed same with some of the other components.

To be honest I was looking for my first pc and turned to build redux and my money was just burned in a fire pit, even though I payed for it they clearly didn't test the pc to make sure it work I got the pc and instantly had problems as soon as I turned it on. Worst experience I don't recommend.
