So my order arrived and it’s actually better than i thought 😅 Everything works as it should, looks nice but support took a little time to reply to my questions. Still happy with it.

Got my lamp today and omg it’s pretty good! Fits perfectly in my living room and works fine. Only thing is the packaging couldve been better. Still really happy with it. 4 stars!

Fortunately, I win and lose here. I found an item for 1/3 the asking price elsewhere and was estatic! Put it in the cart, checkout - and my credit card company asked for verification: second red flag. I quickly googled the site, but "few site visits" was hardly a reason to call it a scam. So I verified my purchase, and then buildershope.com said my card had insufficient funds. I transferred to my PC at that point, checked my account and I have plenty of credit. So, I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

I ordered 2 items on Feb 25. The payment cleared on Feb 26. On Mar 10 the website says the items are in stock but order status is not shipped yet. Half a dozen emails have gone unanswered and multiple phone calls have gone unanswered.

Complete scam as everyone else stated. They tried to charge my card for over $300 but my bank blocked it. Then the "real" charge of $10.99 went through and my bank reversed the charge. The charge came through as
CANVASIONSARTHOUSE.COM so it threw me off. I can't believe these scammers are still getting away with this. I had to cancel my debit card...luckily this is not the card that pays my bills

Purchased one item. It charged my card twice, then 5 days later hit me for about 1000 dollars on my card. Currently disputing the charges, but it is a giant hassle. Of course, the shelves I ordered never showed up because they never existed.

They did not send the product I paid for. When I e-mailed them 3x, they did not respond and now I have to go to my bank to get a refund. They're probably not even a legitimate company!!!!

I have tried and tried to get s response from this company and they have ghosted me. I have been waiting nearly a month for my heated throws to get to me. I have heard nothing and no throws.

I wanted to get a nice pillow for my dad as a gift, customer support helped with my order. Shipping could be faster though

please dont fall for this. i just wanted a bed frame to get off the floor and the owner of this website or whatevr is a scammy pos. you mever will receive anything and they will try to charge your card HUNDREDS- thousands of dollars for nothing after you purchase your items.

Never received item, they charge your card multiple times. No tracking number or email sent from them. And no way to remove your card. Avoid them

Website looked legit. Internet stated this is likely a good website. I bought a $15.99 item. Charge showed up on my credit card as vertotoolsdepot.com. Five days later over $1000 in charges were made to "vertotoolsdepot.com" in four separate charges. My bank caught the charges and declined the last few. The others were removed. I went to their website and still showed my order was created but not sent yet. I disputed that charge. This site is a scam.

i haven’t got my package i only spent 15 dollars and they charged almost 400$ to my card

I still haven’t gotten my package, and they recently tried charging $400 from my account, when I only bought one thing for $8. Never shop here or give credit card info!!
