Worst internet purchase I have ever experienced.
Builders superstore a nightmare.
Builders DOH’POOR Store a lying complete and upper joke, rude mentally challenged staff.

The carrier informed us that the customer was not in, and the goods were left across the road with a neighbour for convenience.
Unfortunately due to abusive language to our staff, communication broke down.
Nevertheless, we are sorry that you had had a bad experience.
Late delivery

Hi Nese. Your order was placed on Sunday, and the goods were shipped first thing on Monday morning. We apologise for the couriers late delivery - it took 2 days to get to you instead of the usual 1 day. Sorry for your bad experience.

Can’t leave a proper review at moment as my same day dispatch 2 days ago still hasn’t arrived nor had any more info on it.
Seems like a lie to lure you into the purchase
Will rate item when I eventually receive

Hi Ryan, I fully admit we had a stock and customer service issue, which have both now been resolved, and I'll be sending you a snickers gift as an apology. Thanks, Ash.
Shambles
Shambles. The website states fast and free delivery, same day dispatch, etc. I ordered snickers trousers and shorts, and had to email the company to ask when they were being dispatched, only to be told it’ll be 7-10 before they even have them, no communication from them beforehand to let me know. Avoid at all costs, you can get the same clothing, but much quicker delivery at a dozen different suppliers. I only picked this one because they “appeared” to have stock of both trousers and shorts. Don’t make the same mistake as me, go elsewhere.

I don't really think a days training is worth it
I don't really think a days training can furnish one with suitable qualifications for damp proofing. This is a classroom based day course of little real benefit. It needs to be taken over 2-3 days with some practical work to work effectively. Fairs fair it was a decent day in a professional classroom with a nice light lunch put on by the firm. On the basis of this course I wouldn't return or recommend to others. I did also try to contact the course tutor for some later advice as we were encouraged to do this but got no reply!

Hi David, thank you for your review. Did you email or phone, as we can't seem to find your email and have no record of a voicemail. You can reach Paul on our main number 01942 887920 or via his email in your course pack.
Regarding the course content, the objective is to teach attendees on how to diagnose and treat various types of damp. It has been running for a great many years, and is designed to give attendees an overview of the various issues caused by damp (as it is a one day course), and meet our minimum requirement to issue guarantees.
Details on the course can be found here : https://www.builders-superstore.co.uk/damp-proof-training-course/
Many thanks again.
