We believe in bedding that is as soft on the earth as it is on your bed. The old-fashioned textile industry has spent years consuming tons of water, harming animals, and polluting our oceans and air with toxic chemicals. We’re here with a fresh start: home goods that are earth-friendly, skin-friendly, cruelty-free, and super-soft. Because we think a comfy night’s sleep is even comfier when it doesn’t harm the environment.

Hello,
Thanks for sharing this, and I’m sorry to hear the pillow didn’t end up being the right fit for you.
With something as specific as spinal stenosis, pillow support really can be very personal, and what works for one sleeper won’t always translate to another. I’m glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with the customer service overall, and we appreciate you giving it a try.
If you ever want help finding a better match within the lineup or exploring options that offer a different level of support, we’re here to help.

I absolutely love my Buffy bedding
I absolutely love my Buffy bedding. The comforter is incredibly soft, lightweight, and has a luxurious feel without being overly heavy. It keeps me comfortable throughout the night and does a great job regulating temperature, so I never wake up feeling too hot. I also appreciate that Buffy uses sustainable materials, which makes me feel even better about my purchase. While it’s definitely an investment, the quality and comfort make it worth it. I would highly recommend Buffy to anyone looking to upgrade their bedding and improve their sleep experience.

Quality products!
Buffy has quality products that live up to the hype. The trial period is enough to make sure you love your product (ours was the breezy comforter) or return it if it's just not quite right. Chronic eczema has made it challenging to sleep comfortably but with the breezy comforter, I've been able to sleep better without overheating or not feeling cozy enough (I some weight with my comforters). Price is reasonably and worth it for us. Would recommend and purchase again when the time comes!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐½ Buffy Eucalyptus Sheets Review
I absolutely love these sheets! They are incredibly soft, lightweight, and cool to the touch. From the very first night, I noticed a difference in how comfortable I was while sleeping. The fabric feels luxurious without being heavy, and they help keep me from getting too warm during the night.
The sheets fit my mattress well, wash beautifully, and have held up nicely. They are soft enough to feel cozy but still breathable, which is exactly what I was looking for. Every time I get into bed, it feels like climbing into a high-end hotel bed.
If you're looking for comfortable, cooling sheets that feel amazing against your skin, I highly recommend giving Buffy sheets a try. They have exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely purchase them again.

Do not buy from this company.
Do not buy from this company.
I received defective merchandise and immediately contacted customer service with detailed photos documenting the issues. What followed was weeks of delays, repeated requests for documentation, shifting explanations, and a complete refusal to take responsibility for the condition of the products that were delivered.
The most frustrating part was not the defective products themselves. Manufacturing issues happen. The problem was that at every stage of the process, the company seemed focused on shifting blame rather than standing behind its products and making the situation right.
I was repeatedly asked to provide additional evidence, purchase my own shipping materials, package oversized items myself, and spend my own time arranging the return of products that arrived defective. Even after complying with every request and providing extensive documentation, the company continued to dispute issues, question evidence, and create additional hurdles rather than simply resolving the matter.
Instead of accepting responsibility, the company consistently looked for ways to explain away the defects, shift the burden onto the customer, or avoid accountability for the situation.
A reputable company stands behind its products when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, this company did the opposite.
There are many other companies selling similar products. I strongly recommend purchasing from one of them instead.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience.
We take reports of product issues seriously and thoroughly review all claims submitted to our team. Throughout this process, our goal was to gather the information necessary to evaluate the concerns raised and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.
As part of that process, return labels were provided so the products could be returned and inspected. At this time, the items have not been received at our warehouse, and the return tracking information does not show that the packages have been shipped. Because we have not received the products back, we have been unable to complete our inspection or issue a refund.
We understand that returns can be inconvenient, particularly for larger items, but receiving the products is a necessary step in verifying reported defects and processing refunds fairly and consistently for all customers.
Should the items be successfully returned and received at our facility, we would be happy to continue the review and resolution process.

Dishonest company with fake advertising about trials and returns
They are not an honest company. They advertise a 7 night trial and "try before you buy". However that trial actually starts when you place the order, not when you receive it, which is 7 days later anyway.
They advertise 50 day returns but when I tried to get a return started they said I have to donate it to goodwill or similar and send a picture of the receipt.
Overall not in line with every other modern company that actually offers returns and you can initiate them online without so much back and forth. I had ordered two different colors to see in person and now I have to go through this to get $50 back for pillowcases.
Expensive and not worth it at all. My pillow and case is ok but not worth their difficult service.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that our return process did not meet your expectations.
We strive to be transparent about our policies and understand that there can sometimes be confusion around eligibility windows, trial periods, and return options. Our donation-based return program is designed to keep gently used bedding out of landfills while still providing customers with a refund, but we recognize that this process may not be as convenient as a traditional return for everyone.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the experience of comparing colors and navigating the return process. Input like yours helps us evaluate how we communicate our policies and where we can improve the customer experience.
While we’re glad to hear that the product itself met your needs, we’re sorry that the overall experience left you feeling disappointed. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to try our products and for taking the time to share your thoughts.

My buffy sheet set is cute and so soft
My buffy sheet set is cute and so soft. I've have the duvet from buffy as well for about 4years now and it's great but does have a bit of a learning curve. I've found it to be cool to the touch but trap a lot of heat so even though the coziness makes me want to bundle up I have to hold back to let the cool air flow.

I bought the Breeze cooling comforter twice. Once King size and once Queen size. Matching Duvets, Eucalyptus and Linen. Both my husband and I run hot and the comforters really make a huge difference in not sweating all night. The material is soft, and it keeps us warm when its cold and cool when it’s hot. It’s so snuggly that our kids try to steal the blankets from us!
