Having a scheduled flight canceled by the airline is frustrating, and getting the funds returned quickly is the main priority.
As we discussed, the flight was canceled directly by the airline, and a full refund request for the booking has already been submitted to them on your behalf. As soon as the airline finishes processing the transaction and releases the money, the funds will be transferred to the original payment account. Updates will be provided directly as soon as the airline completes their review.

Customer-Centric Service and Reliable Fare Protection
I recently booked a flight through BudgetAir.in and initially felt worried when I saw that the ticket could take up to 4 days to be issued. My biggest concern was that the fare might increase during this waiting period and I would have to bear the difference because of the delayed confirmation.
Thankfully, BudgetAir.in handled it very well. They confirmed my ticket at the originally booked fare without asking me to pay even a single extra penny, even though the fare had actually increased in the meantime, as I could see from the fare shown on the airline's ticket. They could have simply cancelled the booking and issued a refund, but instead they honoured the original fare and confirmed my ticket.
This gave me a lot of confidence in BudgetAir.in's customer-centric approach.
I’ve also had a positive experience with them in the past when an airline cancelled my flight. BudgetAir.in processed the refund without any deduction.
Areas for improvement: Customer support may sometimes take longer to resolve an issue, especially since phone support isn't available. However, their chat and email support have been responsive, with prompt replies through those channels.
Another point to be aware of is that some Indian credit card issuers may apply Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) or treat the transaction differently, citing that BudgetAir's parent company is based outside India. This can potentially result in additional charges or a less favorable exchange rate. Clearer guidance about this during the payment process would be helpful.
Overall, my experiences with BudgetAir.in have been positive. I particularly appreciate that they stand by the originally booked fare and process eligible refunds without unnecessary deductions.

Mistake From Budget air Staff
Had this bad experience with budgetair.in. They missed to add date of birth during booking blocking my access to name correction. the airline sunphuquoc denied boarding sue to this reason. My Flight was on 05th September from Danang to Ho Chi Minh. Travel plan got messed up. i have to use train which was 20 hours of journey ruining one day of my trip + hotel reservations which cost me around 12K INR + additional expense for my train ticket as well. Budget air says as the ticket is not refundable they are unable help me with further assistance but this was their mistake clearly. i was in touch with them around 15 days prior to flight for name correction , budgetair says they will update the same . waited for that but couple of days prior to my journey they refused any help further leaving me in a tough situation.
