I would highly recommend the services of Buckingham James Financial Services Ltd. I was initially sceptical about needing a mortgage broker, preferring to put in the research myself. However, I was recommended Buckingham James Financial Services Ltd and more specifically Brian.

Hiring Brian was by far the best decision I could have made.

Brian was able to provide us with the ideal mortgage and ensured that the process was flawless. The time from application to mortgage offer was an incredible 12 days and that is solely down to Brian’s hard work. Brian continuously chased up all relevant parties to help get this set up quickly and later on in the process was able to push the solicitors too.

Brian certainly took a lot of the stress out of the house buying process, his knowledge, expertise and professionalism has been exceptional and he had complete commitment in our house purchase.

I can not recommend this company high enough. We spoke with Brian Leppard when trying to arrange a remortgage and within the day he had emailed various options with accompanying pro and cons. All our questions were answered in a very knowledgeable and professional manner and we could not believe how speedily and efficiently the whole process moved forward to the extent that, despite the lender requiring a valuer to view the property, we received a formal offer within a week. Me and My Partner were first time buyers and had been recommended this firm. We had no idea about the processes or what needed to be done, when, how or why but after talking with Brian for a short while everything felt clear. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and transparent. They clearly are very experienced in this industry and everyone we spoke / corresponded with were on top of their game.
