Terrible company - no responses to emails and unhelpful if you have any intolerances or allergies. If you do, don’t go here as you will probable get ill. Drinks are terrible quality and way too sweet.
The bubbles tea are fine but their customer loyalty scheme is awful. They swipe my app but points don’t get added and they don’t acknowledge the problem. The loyalty scheme is a waste of time. I have lost points because they don’t apply even when scanned
I tried my first bubbleology drink at Westfield Stratford and was not familiar with ordering. The staff were friendly who explained the differences with the drinks. I did enjoy the flavour that I choose.
I had a terrible experience with this company. I was charged £70 across two different cards due to their system errors, but I received no credit in return. It’s been two weeks, and despite reaching out multiple times, I have received zero response. This level of negligence is unacceptable. They effectively took my money without providing the service and are now ignoring me. I am forced to resolve this through my bank. Avoid!
I’m a regular at Bubbleology Ilford, and I just wanted to share how great my experience always is. Ujala, one of the shop assistants, is honestly amazing. She’s friendly, professional, and always has a big smile that brightens your day.
The manager is also really helpful, and overall the customer service here is just consistently great. It’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Highly recommend!
