Great website

Great website. Found some hard to find toys in here when I google searched for them, haven't heard of this website until it popped up, but my experience has been fantastic. Everything from dispatch time, price and very well packaged items wrapped in recyclable paper then put in a box. Would highly recommend.

Happy customer from Australia. My Star Wars figures were shipped quickly and as described. Most importantly the shipping cost was very reasonable to Australia, unlike the exorbitant shipping fees on eBay. I hadn’t heard of Bubble N Squeak before but consider myself a happy customer and would buy from again.

Poor customer service

Bought a toy from them that turned out to be defective. They insisted that they had tested it before sending (which by the state of the toy could not have been true) and refused to allow me to send it back to be replaced by them, only offering me a £5 refund off my next order, which I am unlikely to make with them anyway after this response.

Not happy.

Website is easy to use and orders are…

Website is easy to use and orders are packed and shipped pretty fast. Only negative is that aramex was used as the courier when my order arrived, aramex is the worst courier to exist and are a pain to deal with.

Happy Yank Transformers Collector

The item purchased, Velocitron Legacy Cosmos Transformer, is an impossible to find in-store exclusive here in the United States. The cost, which included international shipping, was a very good deal and I look forward to similar purchases in the future.

Excellent experience with a wonderful company. I was able to find things that are extremely hard to find in the States and for a great price! Shipping was unbelievably fast and my package was packed well and arrived undamaged. Thank you so much!
