Bturkish Arvostelua 3

The package took longer than promised to be shipped. During shipment, the package got lost. Even though UPS tracking website shows customs clearance was completed, UPS customer service confirmed that they don’t know where the package is and told me that the seller (BTurkish) should file a lost package claim. But the seller refuses to do that and claims the package is not lost - just waiting at customs, even after UPS confirms it’s lost. The customer service of Bturkish is absolutely useless and they just scoff at customers. Even if their claims were true that the customs taking too long, it’s most likely taking this long because they didn’t provide the correct paperwork within the package. So either case, BTurkish is at fault here. So, save your money and shop somewhere else.

I had ordered from them, but due to the enormous custom cost, I have not picked up my order. They would refund me.

Now Bturkish has received my order back since two months, but they don't answer any email.

I want an answer from their customer desk, and a refund.

I ordered the items and I received confirmation email also. But when I login there website there is no order history for my login. I ordered item one week ago and they promised within 3 to 6 days order will be delivered. Still I don't received my ordered items.
