BTQ Events is a full-service corporate and private event production company in Portugal, based in Cascais. We produce conferences, gala dinners, product launches, corporate retreats, team building, incentive travel and private milestone celebrations across Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Porto, the Douro Valley and the Algarve. We are production-led. One team owns each project from the first brief to the final report — programme design, venue and vendor coordination, AV and staging, logistics, and on-site direction — so clients have a single point of accountability rather than a chain of hand-offs. Every brief is answered with a structured, itemised proposal within 48 hours. Operating on the Portuguese market since 2022 and built on more than ten years of event-production experience, our team originates in Eastern Europe and works across Portugal's principal event regions. BTQ Events is the corporate and private-events division of Event Boutique, our sister atelier for destination weddings. Clients are international and national brands, marketing and HR leaders, and private hosts who want measurable, brand-grade events delivered with budget transparency and precise execution. Weddings are produced separately by Event Boutique at eventboutique.pt.

BTQ Events organized a corporate event

BTQ Events organized a corporate event for our construction company.
They worked very efficiently and professionally, and we had no questions, complaints, or concerns regarding their work. Everything was completed on time, and they selected contractors that were well suited to our budget and requirements.

There were no delays or missed deadlines throughout the entire process. Everything was delivered as promised and on schedule. The team was always available and promptly answered all of our questions.
We are very grateful to BTQ Events for organizing and delivering our corporate event. For future events, we will definitely be working exclusively with BTQ Events.

everything was quick and to the point

we organised a team retreat to portugal and got in touch with btq events

everything was handled really efficiently. none of that usual "we'll check and get back to you". everything was quick and to the point, sometimes even faster than we managed to reply ourselves 🙂

the organisation was solid, nothing fell apart at the last minute. we barely had to get involved in the running of it at all, which doesn't happen often

these guys clearly work in a systematic way instead of just throwing an event together on the fly. for the region it was surprisingly good
