Blood, Sweat & Tears - Lagree Certification Arvostelua 

I did my Level 1 Lagree certification in June just gone and it was hands down one the of best learning experiences I have ever had. I’ve not been in a space before where I felt as though the team genuinely care as much as BST does, when it comes to making people the best and making people want to be the best.

The knowledge gained over the course is something that will be the solid foundation of my teaching career and I am so grateful for that. It is an intense few days but thats how it should be, as teaching Lagree isn’t a walk in the park! You need to be focused and determined and if thats you then this is the best course. From effective cueing to modifications to learning how to be the best teacher you can be and finding your style, they cover it all.

This is genuinely the most authentic Lagree experience I have ever had, where I was constructively given feedback and shown how I could be the best. The expertise in Blood Sweat & Tears’ Level 1 certification is just, incomparable! Thanks guys xx

I am in just an absolute Ah of what I’ve experienced over the past 4 days. I am so grateful for how welcoming, educational, supportive, and encouraging you have all been throughout the training.

A huge thank you to Karley and Phil for creating such a wonderful studio and environment, and especially to Michael for being such an incredible trainer. I’ve learned so much over these four days— not only about participating in Lagree and the method of lagree, but also about what it means to be a great instructor.

I truly appreciate all of the time, patience, feedback, and encouragement you’ve all given me and the group. I came into these four days excited to learn and it’s something I’ve dreamt about for over a year now, but I’m leaving feeling even more excited and confident to continue learning and growing as an instructor no matter where I end up. The three of you have emphasized on the importance of the continuity of learning in Lagree as it is always evolving and I will absolutely put in the time and effort to do that. You guys have made me feel the most proud and loud of what I’ve accomplished over the past few days. It’s an exhilarating feeling and I hope other people feel that way continuing their training.

Thank you three again for making my first training experience in London so special and memorable. I’m very lucky and proud to be a part of the BST community and can’t wait to keep learning and improving.
