Priority Shipping Fee, Still Took Four Days…

I paid for priority shipping ($23 on one item), which is presented as arriving in one business day. I ordered on a Sunday and received it on Thursday. The item wasn’t shipped until Tuesday evening- after the cutoff time- so the shipping alone was two days, on top of the two days to prepare for shipping. I guess I made the mistake of thinking they would prioritize sending the package out, as well, when someone upgrades the shipping to the fastest means. I do not believe express would have been any difference in arrival time. The shipping distance was Vancouver to Kelowna.

We do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours, so we understand your frustration that it took longer in this instance. We’d be more than happy to refund the shipping cost you paid, as this experience didn’t meet the level of service we strive for.

Always perfect

Online ordering

I have ordered product from the website for a couple years now and it is always a good experience. My orders always arrive super quick. Never had an issue. Would recommend!

I love Brush!

Brush has been amazing. Inclusive setting and all staff are extremely friendly. JI is amazing. She listens to what you are looking for and provides insight and feedback to help get the look you want.
Products at Brush are great and pricing is reasonable
