If I could give this company zero stars I would. Terrible product. Does not get up to heat…may as well have bought a conventional hairbrush!
Tried to send back but they make it so hard. They threaten to charge $49 as a fine if they decide it’s not faulty so you therefore can’t take the risk of sending it back!!! TERRIBLE AND AVOID.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Buy this from Tymo! I got this straightener and it didn't work. They are already starting with the difficulty returning crap. I got ripped off and Facebook should stop this Brusheo!!! They took advantage of me and snt me a broken and scratched brush!! Buy it from someone else!

This product does not do anything. The guarantee is not Satisfaction guarantee. It is only if it doesn’t charge. Otherwise, a $49 restocking fee!
