I would have given 5 stars but…

I would have given 5 stars but everytime I order lately, something else is out of stock. There is now only one product in stock so unfortunately it looks like I won't be ordering anymore if I can't get what I need.

Outstanding

We visited Brown’s on a recommendation, wow so pleased we did. The staff were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and they had a genuine passion to provide an outstanding informative service, which is lacking with many national chains. This type of business deserves to be supported, you won’t be disappointed, nothing is too much trouble.

Arrived in great time

Arrived in great time and the free samples were a nice touch. Try before you buy a great option Patte great as treats to carry as it cuts brilliantly with no sloppiness. Dog was very keen.

Brown's are fantastic for online shopping

Brown's were very inexpensive, reliable and also contacted me to let me no one of the items i ordered was out of stock rather than putting a note in the order telling me. Having that personal attitude makes a big difference and the staff are very polite and helpful. I will be shopping with them in the future. Thankyou Brown's for a great online shop.
