Great service

Went above and beyond to resolve my order, as item was no longer available so a alternative was sourced, order arrived promptly with additional items, exceptional service.

Absolutely brilliant…

Absolutely brilliant experience shopping with browns can't be happier and neither can my two dogs I switched over from butternut box which they loved was hoping for the same with this place and I'd say theu love it just as much or more even also tried them on their kibble which they really enjoy they have a nice variety of different flavours and treats this is my go to place for my dogs food won't go anywhere else

WEBSITE ORDER OF DOG TREATS

VERY QUICK DELIVERY OF ONLY HALF MY ORDER, THIS WAS QUICKLEY RECTIFIED AFTER A PHONE CALL AND SECOND HALF ARRIVED DAY LATER.MY DOGS LOVE THESE TREATS SO VERY MUCH APPRECIATED THEY ARE BACK IN STOCK. BROWNS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HELPFUL TOO.

Cats happy with bowls…

It was packaged very carefully to prevent any breaks in transit. It only took a few days to get here. The cats love their bowls. It was a replacement as the old ones had been dropped a few times so were chipped around the edges.

Brilliant service

I have bought a few items over past couple of years and never disappointed. Packaged well, fast delivery and love the extra freebies for pet to try.. highly recommend.
