Bought a pair of their shoes only to find that within a year the heals are broken through and heals are hollow.

Compré unas botas que me quedaban pequeñas y tuve que asumir un gasto de devolución de 50 euros. Recomiendo no comprar calzado de esta marca, al menos no directamente.

Terrible customer service! My husband bought a pair of shoes for me and he got the tracking number almost right away. After he got a refund with no communication at all. And my size of this model is not available anymore on their site. Some days after the refund is resulting pending. Now we have no idea where is our order or if it was sent at all. No refund and no communication whatsoever. So disappointing! Will not buy from them anymore! No idea what happened to this brand!!!!

J’ai d’abord pensé à un site frauduleux et j’ai regretté d’avoir commandé dessus.
Mais j’ai ensuite reçu tout les mails de suivi, et le colis 5 jours après, et les chaussures sont parfaites !

Toller Kundenservice. Ich hatte die silberne Kappe am Schuh verloren und erhielt umgehend Ersatz.
Da sind sogar 5 Sterne zu wenig.

I placed an order 13 days ago(!), I haven't yet received anything and when I attempt to track my parcel I can see that it's still stuck in Netherlands due to incorrect information or invoicing issues on their end. Since then, I've been trying to contact the company, but to no avail. I've sent multiple emails with no response whatsoever, and when I tried calling the phone numbers listed on their website, both were unresponsive. If they had communicated with me, explained the issue, and provided a timeframe, I would be fine, I just need transparency
At this point, I don't even want the product anymore! I just want a refund for this entire ordeal. The lack of customer service is beyond frustrating and honestly feels like a scam. It's unbelievable how a company can operate with zero communication or support for its customers.

Faites attention il s'agit d'une arnaque. Promesse d'un envoi en 2 jours, depuis ma commande je n'ai eu aucune nouvelle et le paiement a bien été prélevé ! J'ai tenté de contacter sur instagram et le compte m'a bloqué, le numéro de téléphone est faux. À fuir.

I read some reviews and was a bit scared the shoe size would be too small or too big ( I'm a 40) or that the delivery would be late BUT for me the experience was great. I ordered on a Sunday and received in France on Wednesday ! The sizing is perfect, I have very narrow feet and I think the model I have is perfect for that shape, the leather is a bit hard, they're comfortable but not for hours of walking, but then again the heel is quite high so that's copletely normal. The boots are very beautiful, you can see and feel the quality, they're not only functional but also really chic and elegant ! I will definitely be ordering again !

Ik heb een maat groter genomen, als geadviseerd, de laarzen pasten echter niet om mijn kuiten en dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt.

I’m having an absolute nightmare trying to return a pair of boots that have been sent to me faulty. They were over £200. The labels that are being sent don’t indicate which courier to return with and I have travelled the length and breadth of my city trying different services. I have eventually found the right service and have been told the we code is defective. I have contacted Bronx and don’t appear to be getting anywhere after several attempts . This is the worst customer care I have received. I’ve now requested a complaint via hellobronx.

Love the look of the shoes, but they totally wrecked my feet after 1 night of wearing them. 4 blisters on each foot :(

Vor 12 Tagen bestellt und bei Klarna bezahlt, es kam weder eine Bestellbestädigung,noch eine Versandbestätigung und auf die Ware warte ich auch. Telefonisch ging nichts und auf meine Email wurde nicht geantwortet. Alles in Allem unterirdisch schlecht.
