I joined Broker Launch in February 2025 after paying a £10,000 upfront licence fee, with the remaining balance to be paid from earnings generated through the business.

The business model itself may work for some people, and I am not suggesting the concept cannot generate income. My issue relates specifically to the delivery, communication and technical infrastructure provided to me.

From early on I experienced repeated issues with the CRM and systems that were meant to support the business. The CRM frequently failed to function properly and at times was completely offline. The business phone line that was provided was also disconnected more than once due to non-payment. I raised these issues multiple times by email and WhatsApp but did not receive consistent responses.

I ran advertising campaigns using the materials provided. This generated leads, but the quality was poor and none resulted in completed deals. I later created my own campaigns which produced better engagement, but lender outcomes were still unsuccessful. I repeatedly requested structured marketing support and technical fixes.

Over time communication reduced significantly. Eventually I was locked out of the CRM, email account, training portal and website entirely. At the time of writing I have no access to the systems that formed the basis of the agreement.

I pursued the matter through the courts and obtained a County Court Judgment in my favour. I am currently in the enforcement stage.

This review reflects my personal experience. Others may have had different outcomes, but in my case the lack of reliable infrastructure and consistent communication made it impossible to operate the business as intended.

Prospective licensees should carefully consider how much independent marketing experience and budget they have before entering this space, as it is highly competitive.

Here to start? After a 21 year policing career I contacted Broker Launch when looking for a career change. Dave helped me through the training program and has been a solid point of contact through my commercial finance business set up. Even when I had a temporary set back he was there to help. I dont trust people lightly but I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dave and the Broker Launch team. Tha k you Dave for helping to change my life.

Stumbled on Broker Launch in June 2025 via a social media, joined their webinar and finally took a bite last month to join the "Commercial Brokers network" using the Orion v1.0 software. So far, the experience has been positive. The learning modules are easy to understand and the team are hands on with support.

Its been a positive experience with Broker Launch, communication and transparency is top notch, if I ever need help I have full confidence that I'll get that with Broker Launch, fantastic startergy to start a new business, top marks from me.

David is highly knowledgable in the sector and very handy at setting up a company. The technology is all there, you do have to do your own work for growing the business (like in a business) but the core business set up is all taken care of.

Really happy with the training and assistance so far. I am always really skeptical but David has helped me out a lot with guidance, training and advice on what I should (and should not) be doing :) looking forward to the future working with this company.

Please I invite anybody to research this company a bit more, look on companies house, see if 2 and 2 equals 4. Before spending money with this company.

David and his fantastic team at Broker Launch have been hugely supportive from the start and continue to support me with any needs or questions that arise in my day to day business activities.

Although I have full control and retain 100% of my commissions, I know David and his team are at the other end of the phone or an email if I need anything, which is very comforting to have access to.

Their knowledge goes beyond commercial finance, they are also experts in marketing, lead generation and web design. I've been 110% satisfied with their work and feel I've got very good value for my investment. Credit to Kellie here as well, because she does a fab job on the tech and design side of stuff.

At the end of the day, all I wanted is a successful business set up and to work for myself with no interference unless I ask for it, which is exactly what I've got with Broker Launch. Plus there's no ridiculous on-going fees, so you're able to re-invest in your own business and grow it as I see fit, without limits.

Its a business for life, and I'm personally glad I took the opportunity to have my own branded business set up with Broker Launch.
