Fast shipping! Always have in stock parts and great prices! I ordered Saturday night and my parts were delivered Tuesday by noon!

The scooter builder was very easy to use and I love the way my scooter looks, but it would be nice if it was rideable. On delivery the dropouts on a deck I had bought were stripped along with the inserts on the deck. I called about 3-4 times and emailed back and forth so many times but I was only told about the problem that I already knew about. I still haven’t had an arrangement for replacement made even though Broadway states “if you received defective merchandise or a wrong item, please contact customer service immediately upon receipt of your order to arrange for a replacement.” Kinda sucks to work hard all summer and save up just to buy a scooter that I can’t use.

No phone number for customer service
First order was canceled and refunded for some sort of possible fraud I tried to reach out unfortunately you don’t care enough to hear from your customers when there’s an issue. I placed the order again and the exact same thing happened. If my son wasn’t so excited to get the product I would never deal with your company again.

I ordered a Tilt Formula and payed for a griptape install, and purchased the griptape to be installed. Well it came without the griptape installed… I did it, and it didn’t turn out as well as it would have if they would have done it. They did refund me for the service though. Personally I think if this is part of your business you might not over look something like that…
