Brixton being a major company I didn’t think twice to check the reviews for their online shopping. I placed an order 10 days ago and paid for the shipping.
Waited all day for the out for the delivery that was supposed to be two days ago. I reached out to customer service and they said to just allow two extra days in case of a delay? What is the whole point of paying for shipping? It’s not even worth it to pay $100 for a jacket. If you can’t even wear it for the occasion you bought it for it. I cannot wait to return this. Your customer service sucks. I will never purchase from brixton again. I will not support the brand in other locations. Because of this irritating customer service.

Agree with a lot of the comments here. The in store experience may be better, but ordering online has been disappointing so far. It’s been well over a week and my order still hasn’t even shipped, it’s just sitting idle. Their website says orders typically ship within 3–5 days, which clearly hasn’t been the case.

I followed up with customer service just to check the status, but the responses appear to be automated AI or bot generated emails. Instead of getting an actual update, I received generic canned replies that didn’t address the issue.

For a brand with Brixton’s reputation, the online ordering and support experience should be much better. At this point I’m still just waiting for the order to even ship.

In store has been great however customer service is a bunch of bots. I have been trying to reach them for 3 months now and nobody that is human has ever written or called me back. I have called and left messages and emailed directly with customer service at least a dozen times. I am exceedingly frustrated

they sent me a GRAY hat instead of black, and made me talk to their robotic chat. I'll never buy their brand again.

If I could leave a lower review, then one star I would. I placed an order two weeks ago for a flannel shirt that was listed as available. Almost immediately after I placed my order, it went into out of stock. I figured I must’ve ordered one the last ones, but two weeks later my order is still pending in the processing stage. Says it’s pending information and when I spoke with customer support via email it seemed more like copy and paste answers.. I get the impression they don’t like to cancel orders.. and a friend of mine has gone through a similar process and it’s been over a month for her. I have nothing positive to say about the online order process with this company. While I like their products I will never order online again. Better to go into a store and purchase even at an increased price than to deal with this company online.

I made a purchase on December 1st for Cyber ​​Monday. It's now December 10th and my order hasn't been shipped. I've been talking to customer service for 9 days and they haven't given me any solution. This makes me think that because the items were reduced to very low prices, they didn't want to ship them due to the low price. It's disappointing. I canceled the order and they didn't hesitate for a minute to process it again. What a shame, they lost a customer.

Should have read reviews before I ordered from GMA Steals and Deals. They would not let me exchange for a larger size. At the time of sale, they did not state that no exchanges would be allowed. This is false advertising. I even contacted BBB and they refused to respond to BBB regarding my complaint. Do not do business with this horrible company. You'll be disappointed. They get one star reviews for a reason. My next step is to complain to GMA.

This company is horrible. I was not happy with the hat I bought through GMA and decided to return it. They charged me for shipping, but never credited my account for the return. I called and emailed multiple times to no avail—horrible customer service. I finally had my credit card rescind the charges. What a nightmare and hassle!

I really wish I had done more research before ordering directly from this company. This has been one of the worst return/exchange experiences I’ve ever had. It took nearly two months before anyone even acknowledged the replacement issue, and when they finally did, they still got it wrong. I had specifically requested a refund, not an exchange, since the long delay made the item unnecessary. After sending two follow-up emails asking for a status update, they went ahead and processed it as an exchange anyway. Now I get to go through the refund process again. Weee!!! It’s really unfortunate when companies like this make Amazon look like the good guy.

If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. Do not buy anything from this place. They will steal your money and you'll never get your merchandise. I ordered a book that I needed for a class that I am taking. I paid extra to receive it before my class started. It's been two weeks, no book, and my class started a week ago. If you value your money, stay away from this place.

Title: Poor Online Shopping Experience & Nonexistent Customer Support

I ordered a hat from the Brixton website. The site defaults to XS for size, and unfortunately, I didn’t notice this before completing the order. I immediately placed a second order for the correct size and emailed Brixton’s support address (listed on their website) to cancel the XS order. I received no reply.

Both hats arrived, and what should have been a quick and straightforward return turned into a frustrating ordeal that consumed the better part of a morning.

Here are the issues I encountered:
1. Phone Support – The phone number listed on Brixton’s Canadian website is useless. No matter which menu option I choose, I get the same recorded message: “The party you are trying to reach is not available.” This happens at all times of the day. It seems phone support either doesn’t exist or is not functioning.
2. Online Return Portal – The website’s return link does not work. Each attempt produced various error messages, making it impossible to process a return online.
3. Store Return Option – Customer service claimed I could return the item in-store. I emailed asking for a Toronto-area location and never received a response. To this day, I still don’t know if a store exists in Toronto.
4. Customer Feedback – I asked for a link to submit a review about my experience so other potential customers would know what to expect. No response to that request either.

At this point, all I am asking for is a resolution. A manually generated return label seems like a very simple fix, yet I’m still waiting.

Bottom line: The quality of their products might be fine, but the complete lack of functional customer support makes me hesitant to ever order from Brixton again. If you run into a problem, be prepared for long delays, unanswered emails, and broken return processes.

Frankly shameful I returned an item to you 15 days ago despite several emails sent no one to tell me exactly what it is I think I will never be refunded in short to flee I do not recommend and will report (this) company

Cant return items, no response from multiple emails and there direct phone number is an auto recording stating they cant answer the phone. worst customer service ever.

Went to currys this morning and made a purchase thank God what I wanted was a packable item

The staff was all huddled at the customer service on me making a purchase there was no service my items and my reciept was put on the counter and she walked away no have a nice day or would you like a bag

If I could give them a 0 star I would. If you need to refund or return anything don't bother they have no idea what they are doing or what customer service means. They lack communication and integrity. If you want to buy something check out Vans or really anybody else. I would not support this company they don't care about their customers or the quality of their products.

Brixton has a strict return period and delights in charging customers fees for returning, rather than exchanging... their frequently limited stock.
I attempted to return items purchased online to an area retailer provided to me by the Brixton website’s 'Store Locator'. After driving to the local retail store, I was informed that they do NOT accept returns for Brixton online purchases... and never have!
Once home, I reached out to Brixton by phone. After a lengthy hold time, I was told that they were, “busy helping other customers,” but could expect to receive a call back... I received NO call back, even after waiting two hours before their published closing time. Finally, I emailed their ‘Customer Service’... only to receive an AI generated response.
I did what the website and AI suggested that I do. I spent my time and money in an attempt to complete, what should have been, a simple return. For all of my trouble, I received no human response from their failed excuse for 'customer service' and now, in order to return my unwanted items, I will be charged the Brixton restocking fee—AND discounted prices on my items... why??
I spent $71 and will only get back $59—a nearly 20% reduction in my purchase price.
My family and friends will no longer patronize this very poor excuse for an American retailer.

I have never written a negative review before but people should be warned about this company. First of all, they charge extra without clearly stating this. Next, no delivery date is given. After months of waiting, numerous emails, very vague replies, shady track & trace pages that don't work, I finally got the reply that my shipment was lost and I will get a thirty percent refund of the purchase price (which I don't believe). The company cannot be reached by phone. Replies via email are amateurish and mendacious, over and over again. This is pure scam.

Never again, quality has plummeted, they dont confirm orders, and didn't even receive items, just a cancelled order a month later, buyer beware of these scammers

Taking a charity to court because they're using the name Brixton in it is appalling. Brixton is the name of the area they live in btw. Why do Americans think they own everything world wide? Will you be taking the UK government to court too because its the name of an area 😂
