Got my bed base from here and they even assembled my bed.
The colours they have are so good! A lot of the colours are exclusive to them which I really like.
I couldn’t find these colours anywhere else!

Awful service
Awful service, they do not communicate with the delivery company well. They miss delivery dates, you don't get what you paid for. I ordered assembly and that order was not passed to the delivery team so they left my bed unpacked and in pieces. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
After a month the bed hasn't been assembled. I contacted British Bed Company and they never delivered missing pieces and never sent the assembly team.
The bed also got delivered in dirty boxes, the delivery team has damaged the carpet. The bed also is dirty, see the photos.

Hi Magda,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed, though we’re confident this does not reflect the standard of service we aim to provide or that the vast majority of our customers experience.
We work closely with our trusted delivery partners and strive to ensure every detail of an order is communicated clearly including optional services such as assembly. It’s important to us that our customers receive exactly what they’ve ordered, and we have checks in place to support that.
We absolutely welcome constructive criticism and always aim to improve. However, when issues arise, we encourage customers to contact us directly so we can investigate and resolve matters swiftly.
We appreciate all reviews, but we’d like to reassure you that we remain committed to quality, transparency, and excellent customer care.

Third time using this company. Needed a single bed for a parent moving into a care home. As previously an excellent service from start to finish, telephone call to confirm order in detail, delivered within the time frame, good communication. Good quality and is perfect for what we wanted.
