Fast dispatch and product is spot on. Courier service wasn’t great but that’s not the sellers fault. Royal Mail/parcel force sent to Liverpool via Exeter, Nortern Ireland, Warrington then Liverpool, I got it sent to a local shop but all confirmation emails had no QR code so the shop wouldn’t give me it at first, I had to find a little paragraph on the Royal Mail app that said in the event of no QR code then ID will be required, I showed them this and they gave me my item. Again not the sellers issue.

My initial order arrived promptly and I was please with my sandals. After just a couple of weeks my sandals were faulty - stones fell off and material worn. I emailed customer support and the service was excellent! Communication was good and a credit note was applied to my account as my sandals were out of stock in my size so a replacement was not possible. Would absolutely recommend this company!

Alway's checking in with BA for any updates and sale events. Managed to snap up a few item I had been watching no longer available from the brands own website. BA always carry a good range. Service and comms great. Tracked delivery very good with a reputable company and you get regular progress updates up to receipt.
