Really bad website you can’t even search by the model number… it brings back when trying to search. clearly a very basic website, limited functionality I won’t be shopping here again.

Firstly, you are not and never have been our customer.
Secondly, all of the reviews you leave on Trustpilot are negative, mostly one star.
Thirdly, all of your reviews are unprompted or unverified.
Fourthly, you cannot search by model number on our website because all of our sets are custom made, they do not have model numbers like Lego sets in the shops.
Lastly, the only time you changed a review to a 4 star is because the company offered you a discount.

My mistake, piece was perfect
The previous review is below, but on checking, the brown hair was selected. My mistake not the company's. Again, the piece was quirky and a brilliant fit for my wife's hobby...... thank you.
The piece was brilliant but marred by the fact i chose grey hair for the seamstress but it turned up with brown hair. Not the end of the world but not what i actually selected.

Great service.
I used Britbricks as I needed a specific Lego character for a birthday cake. You can create your own Lego figure for whatever you need. The item was quickly dispatched and communication was excellent throughout. The item arrived within a couple of days of me ordering it. If you are looking to create a unique Lego character I would definitely recommend Britbricks.
