I have never had a problem with this company until recently. They sent the wrong size item and then I found the agent quite offensive and unpleasant when we were on the chat line. I quoted to her my actual words on the order form, “ I require 2 standard size guards.” They sent a maxi size guard. They do not give measurements on their web site. I have never, ever , had an agent losing her cool as a result of their mistake.I suppose people have good days and bad days, especially when they have been found out for inaccuracy. Up until now they have refused to collect the wrong item sent. Examples of comments made to me include, “You did not want to listen” and “ I give up.” Is this really the way a company agent talks to a customer who is purchasing? A Personnel manager friend told me this is totally out of order and she would have been sacked in my company.

Fantastic service and product from Brit Pet. Brilliant communication from the seller and really fast delivery. The tray is a game changer if you're using wood pellet litter. The kitten tray is a decent size too!

I get the same dry food for my dogs for the past 4 years and uts always the top quality. I recommend it

This is a great tray to use with wood pellets. Saves money and time and prevents the dust tracking over the house. Just shake the tray system and stir with a scoop every day and all the dust goes into the bottom tray leaving the clean pellets. Bit pricey but worth it.

This is the best cat product I’ve ever had. I bought two trays, sieves and guards for my 3 cats. I’ve hardly touched the litter bag, it’s going to save me a fortune. I’m going to recommend this to everyone!

I purchased a maxi sieve litter tray system in September to see if my four cats would use it and, straightaway, they did.
Clear and simple instructions come with it and it really is so easy to use, no mess, cleaner than other types of litter and less wasteful.
I have since ordered another one and will eventually change all my litter trays for this system.
