Bristol iPhone iPad Repair Arvostelua 

Made an enquiry to make an appointment to have an iPad screen replaced, took two days to get a response, when I did they happily made an appointment for 3 weeks later, which I was fine with. Finally the day came to have the iPad repaired, appointment was for late afternoon then one hour prior to the appointment they cancelled. No option to reschedule just said they’re unable to carry out my repair as all the engineers are out sick. Great thanks for letting me know in advance.

Absolutely over the moon with the service...security great, to see the engineers picture before calling, prompt and efficient. Would definitely use them again and recommend....

Update: After posting my original review, I was contacted by Sarah who sent an engineer who was able to carry out a further repair to my phone which is now working perfectly.

Following a replacement screen for my Iphone X, the tap to wake feature stopped working. Initially they tried to tell me this feature had been removed by Apple with the latest software update. After I showed them this was incorrect, they told me they would look into it but never contacted me again. They otherwise offered a good service but clearly are not interested in resolving faults. Avoid for Iphone X or newer.

Absolutely fantastic. I had a crack on my phone screen. They changed it whilst I went to do it with weekly shop and I collected it an hour later!!! Super

Second time of using these guys. My phone screen broke again. Appointment booked quickly. Originally I did it online but had a text from Sarah to say they wouldn’t make it to my location for that time and to come up with an alternative. Resolved within minutes. Mike came, same chap as last time. I had to shoot off for an important appointment at a set time, I’d mentioned this to Sarah and she had noted it for mike so he arrived on time and worked promptly knowing I had to go out. All in all another good experience

fix ipad screen within 40min looks like new will defo use again and recommend them to anyone that man came on time and was very nice

If you have a broken phone and need it fixing properly then call these guys. Polite engineer who turned up on time and repaired my iPhone which had stopped charging. Way cheaper than apple as well!

I had a really bad broken iPad and this company brought it back to life! About a 1/3 of the price that apple quoted as well.
