Honestly Brikone has been pretty solid for managing my rental. Everything's in one place payments, requests, reaching out to management which beats having to call or message every time something came up.
The platform is straightforward too, didn't take long to get the hang of it. No major complaints.
I can say the platform genuinely solves the problems property managers face every day. The trust accounting module is the standout feature.
