Hello Edith, thank you for your feedback. As an Ofsted-registered provider, we ensure all parents receive clear fee information upfront, as rates vary depending on the specific lesson type. For your learner’s particular small-group setup, the agreed fee was £35 per week for a two-hour session (£17.50/hour), which fully included all printed materials. While the tuition was delivered in full from September to December, the account was left with an unpaid balance despite multiple reminders. We are glad we were subsequently able to reach a mutual agreement with you to reduce that remaining total and successfully close the account. We wish your learner all the best.
