Fast and knowledgable

I reached out to discover my possible funding options an Zack called me within an hour to discuss those options. He was clear and concise with his answers which gave me the confidence to want to move forward with Bright Path. Looking forward to longterm relationship.

Bright Path has been amazing

Bright Path has been amazing! I received phone calls from several lenders within minutes of reaching out. The first lender I spoke with was knowledgeable & responsive and provided me with very competitive terms and a Preapproval letter to purchase a mixed use building in Cincinnati, OH. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I intend to use them again.

Keri Blalock contacted me 1 min after I submitted my info

Keri Blalock from lending street reached out immediately. She is the best lender rep I've spoken to over a 2 month search for lending. Super knowledgeable, listens and finds solutions based on customers actual needs. Ive spoken to Over 30 different lenders and she's the first one who's name I put in my phone so that I can work with her. She's fantastic and completely understands the importance of her roll in the property investment world.

The agent i spoke with first was Angel. This guy was so patient with my questions as well as super positive. I look forward to doing business with this company just on the basis of Angel's customer service alone.
