Responded quickly to sort out a leaky toilet and managed to solve the problem very quickly. Dan was friendly, professional and left everything tidy and clean. Excellent service and great value too. Wholeheartedly recommend.

After reading the reviews of several companies in my area, I decided to use Safe Gas, and I'm happy I did.
The problem I had was a 13 year old boiler with heat exchanger problems, and problems with an old shower.

We have been using Safe Gas to carry out the boiler service for many years now. They are very professional and friendly, always on time and I can't fault their service.

Safe Gas responded quickly to my problem with a leaking radiator. The heating engineer who came round was experienced enough to realise that replacing a steel pipe with copper would be impracticable, so saved me from an almost inevitable further problem later on. I`m very glad that it was Safe Gas I turned to for help.

Excellent service from beginning to end of the job. Very easy to arrange an appointment via telephone. Mark visited to assess the problem we had with C/H boiler. He was able to quickly pinpoint the issue and clearly explain what needed doing.
I received an emailed quote within an hour and then telephoned the office to book an appointment for the next day.
The work was carried out by Sam. He was very efficient and friendly......explained the various processes and completed the required work very professionally.

This branch of Safe Gas has carried out work for us over a number of years and once again completed our annual boiler service. As always, their engineer was efficient, pleasant and helpful. W recommend them unreservedly.

Our experience with Safe Gas was outstanding in every way. They responded to our boiler service request with remarkable speed. Sam, the engineer, was courteous, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Not only did he expertly service our boiler, but he also provided valuable advice on other problems we've encountered with our heating system.

Annual service. Very conscientious and took pains to find out if we had problems. If so, he fixed them. Was indteresting that after the service the house became 50 per cent warmer - especially at night and my husband and I both slept better as we felt really warm.

We asked them to conduct an EICR, Gas survey and Plumbing survey for a property we were in the sales process for.

The price seemed reasonable, it was only a few days until an engineer could visit to conduct these and they even organised getting the keys off of the estate agent to gain access.

The report was really thorough and they also provided quotes for the repairs that would be required.

Had a new boiler installed by Safe Gas over a year ago and service was excellent.
Have just had annual service done by them and again excellent service.
I was given a 4 hour slot and engineer informed me of the time he would arrive, however office rang to say they had an engineeer free that could come straight away. Nice to be kept informed, thank you Safe Gas.

Just had my first yearly service of my boiler. (which safe gas installed last year) The engineer was knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Really respect your home. He automatically took his shoes off. When they installed the Boiler. Had 3 engineers on site. Apart from there being a new boiler installed you would never know they had been. Highly recommend this Company.
