Steve and Alex met all my expectations. They were knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. Delivery and fitting were as promised and follow up emails were appreciated.

Excellent afterservice especially when I didn't find the instructions intuitive. Machine fitted on time with no problems everything good. Really nice to have a local business to both provide and install my machine. Newish to this area, but had so many recommendations for Bright Ideas. Thank you to them and well done.

Bright Ideas is the local, established electrical business in Wetherby and I have been a customer for several years
We needed a new washing washing machine when our machine broke down
Bright Ideas explained how the newer model I chose differed fro our present machine and provided a good quote, as always
On giving the go ahead the same afternoon the machine was ordered and Steven, the proprietor delivered, fitted, tested the new machine , a fully integrated installation within 2 hours and took the old machine away.
All within 4 days of ordering !
