Brute buy uses a scam tracking app that’s 8 bucks a week,,then they say Check your tracking,,well the tracking started over after a month total scam,,they better be refunding this money as well ,,then they say once they noticed the problem they ordered another one but the tracking number just kept starting over DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY TOTAL RIP OFFS THAT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR STEALING FROM CHILDREN,,,very sad ,,,then when people retaliate against them they wonder WHY????

it is not what i purchased . trying to breach them to complain can't get through to them on line , no phone number exist . cost $36.95 for cheap imitation product with no value and instructions on a inferior blister card with a staple . terrible disgraceful

If there was a zero, that would be my rating. First, it took 6 weeks to get it after they charged my card. The fit was so odd with an oversize shirt and very short pants. Also, they delivered it 2 days after a 30" snow blizzard where we didn't even see the package and they wouldn't accept the return 2 days after the 7 day return policy in view of the circumstances. NEVER buy from these people!

They did a bait and switch on me. I didn't even get a SEESE. I got some cheap no name brand in a cardboard box, thats it no case but a little box. For $104 I got hosed. I see no where to supply picture to attach.

Wish I could give zero stars ordered a drone from them,finally received after waiting over 30 days,but guess what not even the drone I ordered,I sent them picture of what I received and what I ordered,and they keep replying that I got right one,They are scammers will never buy from them again sent them pictures of my purchase order and what i received and they say that its the right product complete scammers

Absolute scam. They sent the wrong item and refused to return items or refund my money

Total scam. Advertise a product they knowingly don’t carry. Sent wrong item. Refuse to refund $91, sighting you only have 7 days from arrival of product to return them. They were a Christmas present (took over 6 weeks from date ordered to receive them), so by the time they were opened, the 7 day deadline had passed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THIEVES.

Ordered fillers ($24+) for gap between car bucket seat and center console, took weeks to arrive and when installed did not function as described. Asked for refund and told there was a 7 day return limit from date of receipt and mine was 9 days. This is NOT a good company and would NOT give me a refund, but rather a 30% discount for another product. Are you kidding, I wouldn't buy anything from them ever again. Any decent company would honor such a request ! Just look at all the negative complaints.

Purchased a drone for $71.00 on December 30, 2025. Currently 41 days and no drone. They keep telling me wait another 5 days. The tracking says it’s at the USPS.

HORRIBLE COMPANY.
I purchased a retractable ratchet strap for a gift. Over a month went by and I hadn't received anything. I reached out to the company and within five days, I received a package. Inside was a strap, not a retractable strap, just a strap missing the ends. I contacted the company with no luck so I filed a complaint on PayPal hoping to get my $ back but PayPal claimed I did not send them info they requested, which I did, so I gave up and took the loss of $33. I'm disgusted with the company.

I bought 4 x power strip 7 in 1. From Brightedup.
Initially took 12 weeks for package to be delivered.
These items have US plug and 110 voltage meaning I cannot operate in Australia. Total cost $101 US
I asked for refund - response keep the items and we will give you $13 US dollars
Over past week I have asked “I want a refund” and their response too expensive.

FRAUD!! Buyer beware, company offers one thing and you don’t get what you ordered. I also ordered the Rhino auto retractable ratchet strap and wound up with un unretrackable 1” strap with no hooks. Contacted them and they wanted to give me a 30% discount for them not sending me what I ordered. So I went through PayPal for a refund and they say I have to replace the item to Asia at my expense! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

What a scam. Ordered a ladies 2 pc lounge set, supposed to be from Nordstroms, what I got was very low quality, poor quality fabric, set worth about $5.00, not the $59.95 I paid. No real company contact info, the address given is a fake house in GA. Will contact my credit card company.

BUY SOMETHING AND THEY SAY THEY HAVE A 100% RETURN POLICY AND THEY WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN AFTER JUST GETTING THE ITEM. CALLED AND THEY OFFERED 15% AND THATS IT. NOW I HAVE TO GO TO MY CREDIT CARD CO. AND TRY TO GET A CHARGE BACK. STAY AWAY..

Only rating one star because less is not an option. Same bait and switch for ratchet straps. Same offer for partial refund. Scammers!!

They took my money and never sent the product. I tried to have the charge reversed via PayPal but they claim the items were shipped and suggested that I "check with my neighbors" about the location of the package.

Ordered four retractable loading straps for $94.00. Weeks later I get four poor quality retching straps without any hooks. Their explanation was that what I ordered was discontinued, and if I was not happy with what they sent I could get a 30% OFF on my next order or return them to China at my expense. After numerous emails back and forth with their "customer service center" in California. Nothing was resolved.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS SCAM.

Bright buy shows adds for Rhino retractable ratchet straps, then sends cheap non retractable (no manufacturing name) stating there was a safety issue with their retractable. Then says return requires you to pay shipping to China. Total scam! Bait and switch.
