The tyres are so young and have no real mileage on them yet so I can’t really give any review.

I bought 4 of these tires on 4th September 2024. The next day, one of these tires were punctured upon hitting a kerbside. Even though I was told Bridgestone Warranty will cover untimely damage to the tires, I found out the fine print of the terms of its warranty excludes cars that it labels not to be passenger cars, such as SUVs. Now, not only this punctured tire is not covered by Bridgestone warranty, it is also not repairable.

Hi Munira. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We strive to deliver exceptional products and services.
We understand your disappointment regarding the puncture and the subsequent warranty coverage issue. As per our road hazard warranty terms which can be located here: https://www.bridgestone.com.au/tyres/tyre-warranties/road-hazard-warranty, SUV tyres are not covered. Note that your tyres still come with a full manufacturers warranty. If you do want your tyre assessed under our manufacturers warranty, please reach out to your local Bridgestone store and our technical team will be able to review your case.
We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us on 1800 587 205.
