Easy to order and were delivered quickly. Unfortunately a few were broken during transport. I contacted customer support who quickly sorted replacements and these were delivered very quickly.
Fitted the brick slips which was fairly straightforward. Look fantastic.

We are a business who builds a fits…
We are a business who builds a fits media walls and recently used this company and placed an order for some brick slips.
after waiting over a week for the order i was told they where delivered and left out side for almost a week apparently..
i had no text or call card to say delivered and also the driver said it was signed for! Now we emailed to say we need to order more products so can this be sorted when we put a new order through as we have a pipeline of clients wanting media walls with the brick slips.
In a nut shell they said they will not be rectifying the issue and don't really care!
So here is my review and i'm sure my client will be leaving one also.

We’re genuinely sorry to see this review, especially as we did communicate clearly throughout your order process. Your delivery was booked in for the 5th , the date you confirmed, and our courier tracking shows it was delivered and signed for at the address provided.
We always try to work with our customers to resolve any issues quickly and fairly, and it’s disappointing that this situation has been misrepresented.
We did explain the delivery details and provided confirmation from the courier, but unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility once an order has been safely delivered to the agreed location.

The brick slips came really quickly and…
The brick slips came really quickly and were packaged very neatly. They look amazing. The communication with the online team regarding delivery was brilliant, I was able to pick which day I wanted. We also was able to communicate with them on the day so we knew when they were due. Would definitely recommend!

Be aware when ordering from this company, you will be charged £60 for delivery but with the service they use you use you have to wait in all day for a delivery time slot. Customer service - not helpful

The imagine online arent 100% accurate in terms of the mortar colours that are used on some examples.

Great products
Ordering was straightforward and the products all arrived in good condition. The slips for the mixture I chose were all well selected so to supply me a good blend. I did purchase a few extra things separately and then noticed that I could have bought all of them with one other item and receive £15 off which would have been a better deal. It's a shame that this isn't picked up in the order and then informed about it. Also I heard from another buyer he'd used a code and received a discount which leaves feeling a bit cheated. The 2 issues I would suggest are a lack of research on my part but there again, website/online shopping would be more appreciated if you are offered the best deal to start with.
