I had a terrible experience trying to pre-order on this website. Once the payment was finalized via PayPal, the site rejected my order due to an incorrect address. Of course, it was the most popular figure I wanted to buy, but it was impossible to complete the order even after PayPal payment. And then, as if by magic, it was possible to complete orders for other, less popular figures on their site, where the address wasn't considered incorrect. As a result, I'm certain this site chooses who gets the pre-ordered figures, which is quite dishonest since the figures are then sold at exorbitant prices on eBay, among other places. It's sad. In the end, speculators take precedence over collectors. And I want to emphasize that I've ordered from this site before, but there won't be a next time because, clearly, some customers have more influence than others.

I saw the employees’ hygiene, and lemme tell you, they pick their nose and ears, not even washing their hands after they do it. Selling is not the right move, as it drains you as a customer out of your money you originally spent. They steal a little bit of the sets and then they lower their payment that they are legally required to give you. The wait took three days, as they are open until 5:00. The guy was distracted and on several occasions I caught him watching the TV or on his phone, instead of finishing up when he was “almost done.” This is not the right move. Sell on eBay, where they actually know how to have decent hygiene or know how good time management works.

In house products are absolutely great. Bought a Kallus figure and I love it. Had a small issue with the order and they were kind enough to send me the missing piece.

What a brilliant experience. From the ordering process, the clear tracking emails, to getting the utterly amazing minifigures in my hands. The quality of the design and printing is outstanding. A great addition to the collection.

The prints of the minatures are top! Also the characters are awsome! Like those miniatures.

Exellent quality

My first experience with this site was quite bad, they got 2 things wrong with my order and I left a 2 star review (maybe a bit too harsh). But with a honestly incredible customer support (i even got personal emails from employees after they seen my review and tried helping me). I got everything they messed up back and I didnt pay a dime for that, not even shipping. Thats real customer service right there.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem bestimmten Lego-Set und fand es zum Glück hier. Die Auswahl ist wirklich gut und die Preise sind fair.

Überdurchschnittlich lange Bearbeitungszeit der Bestellungen und dabei völlige Intransparenz.
Vermutlich das erste und einzige Mal eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Die Bestellung befindet sich seit 2 Wochen in Bearbeitung, keine Updates und bei Nachfrage an den Support, nur die Rückmeldung, dass die Bearbeitungszeit derzeit bei bis zu 20 Tagen liegt. Das wäre an sich völlig ok, wenn sie das vorher irgendwo angezeigt hätten, mit beispielsweise einem Banner, auf welchem steht, dass es zurzeit etwas länger dauern kann, aber nein. Der Kunde wird ohne Update völlig im Dunkeln gelassen.
Ich bin schwer enttäuscht.

(Update 05.01.2026) um auf die Hinweise vom Verkäufer einzugehen: Ich habe den Banner mit den Mitteilungen schlicht nicht gesehen. Da er genauso aussieht wie die restliche Seite und auf ihm verschiedene Meldungen angezeigt werden, die durchrotieren. Insofern möchte ich mich teilweise Entschuldigen. Trotzdem rechtfertigt dies keine Wartezeit von 20 Tagen für die Abfertigung.

Accepting Apple Pay is always a huge W.
Packing time is a bit long, but since it’s said on the website that it might take a while I know when to expect the items.

I ordered it more than a week ago and it still says they're preparing it.

Great service as always,items arrived safe and sound, BAFDE always be extra careful packing all my orders. Also great customer service, only had one issue that's has been resolved. Can't thank BAFDE enough for bringing different brands and also inhouse customs.
