We got in-touch with Brenda when we got into some bad habits as first time parents with our 10 month old. Within 24hrs our routine went from chaos to calm. As soon as you meet Brenda you feel confident and put at ease with her, she is super knowledgeable and offers support for weeks thereafter. Our child has truly transformed ! He is now a creature of habit who knows exactly when he goes down for a nap, goes down with ease and sleeps well! Even over the busy Christmas season we were able to stay on track and when we needed to troubleshoot we were able to re-check the routines to ensure we were following the right path! We have now moved onto the 9-12 schuelde and only having 1 nap a day and he is THRIVING! He has transitioned easily to one nap and very happy!

Our son was 4 months old when we called Brenda, as we were having real trouble with his sleep. He was awake every couple of hours throughout the night and would need constant jigging or feeding back to sleep - he was unable to self settle despite us trying different things since birth. He refused to nap anywhere but in the sling and if we were lucky enough to get him to sleep in his cot he would wake after 20 minutes. We were both exhausted and we knew something had to change. We were recommended Brenda by my sister, and oh are we glad we called her. She came round to meet us and get to know our sons temperament. She talked us through all things sleep, tweaked the way we were putting him down in his cot and gave us a routine to follow. She is direct, no nonsense but you automatically trust her and want to follow what she says. The first night was tough with a quite a lot of tears, but since then his sleep has been amazing. He went from 4-5 night feeds, being rocked to sleep to being put down in his cot awake and sleeping 7-7. We can't recommend Brenda enough. We joke in our family that if we have a daughter next she'll be called Brenda.

Thanks to Brenda we managed to help our baby to sleep through the night. It was an unsustainable situation that she managed in a record time. We even started the program when ok holidays and it worked. Improving the day time routine was fundamental to achieve a good rest during the night.

This is our second time using Brenda with our now 2 year old. After she learnt to climb out the cot, bedtimes were becoming very stressful. As well as dealing with frequent night wakes and 5.30am starts we knew we needed Brenda back. She provides clear instructions which work quickly. Brenda is simply brilliant. She fixed our very dramatic early morning wakings and I’m now having to wake my 4 month old up every morning at 7 after he’s slept a solid 12 hours.

We booked Brenda‘s consultation for our little boy when he was 2 weeks after he was waking up throughout the night, often waking after only 45 minutes. Brenda’s consultation was excellent and with her guidance - he was sleeping 12 hours from 12 weeks old, and when he wasn’t - we would have immediate support to get him back on track. Getting a good nights sleep for him and us was so worth it, it was the best money we spent!

Brenda has been brilliant helping us get our second child, and then our third child two years later, to sleep through the night. Both working full time with early mornings didn’t leave much wriggle room for being up in the night. Brenda is incredible! She has literally saved me! As the first time mum with 3 months old girl, I was overwhelmed by conflicting advices and GPs/health visitors recommendations. Before Brenda's involvement our 2 year old would be hard work to put to sleep which was so time consuming and he would wake multiple times a night, now he sleeps through, 7.30pm till 7am. Our 9 month old had developed similar habits and with Brenda's programme he now sleeps from 7.10pm till 6.30am. We have our evening's back and are enjoying more time together as a couple.
