This is the absolute worst company I…
This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only has my order not arrived from China, they auto subscribed me for another shipment. I emailed them within the hour of them charging my card for the second shipment and it took them 3 days to answer back saying they couldn’t cancel the order. According to their policy they will cancel any orders “without question” as long as you contact them in the first 24 hours, I guess that’s only the case if they answer back in a timely manner. And forget about calling them, they have a number listed on their website that doesn’t work. Do not orders from these people, they seem like a fraudulent company and like to scam people for their money. So far they’ve charge me $100 and I haven’t received a single product and no one is willing to help me from their “support” team.

I’ve emailed and restated all my complaints. Your support person “Jessica Puntro” is absolutely unhelpful. This company is a scam and I will do anything to warn others so they can save themselves the trouble.

Bad quality + unauthorised second charge with different card digits - refund refused despite EU policy and own terms
I purchased once to try the product. There were 2 options - either with a subscription or more expensive but no subscription. Chose the expensive option to make sure there's no further charges. 3 weeks later BEFORE my order arrives, they charge my card again, inside confirmation e-mail they put UNKNOWN last 4 card digits, NOT my card. Wrote them straight away asking for refund because I didn't order and didn't even receive the 1st one. They waited until it's processed and refused to refund. Completely contradicted what their website says.
BTW They ship from China via dropshipping, despite US address shown on site
Feedback on the product itself:
nothing like advertised. Zero lasting effect, definitely not "12 hours". The bottle is actually labeled "Kiss Artifact", not Breevelle, so they're reselling another brand's product under their own premium-looking marketing. Outer packaging cheap and inconsistent with the premium branding shown online. Feels like something you'd get off AliExpress, not the premium product on their site. Bottle itself is OK - glass with plastic cap, but that's it.

This company is a sham. Its not US based. Product " ships" from China. I have a Chinese tracking number from a month ago that hasn't moved and the just billed me again . Do not order!

Bad customer support - feels like a scam
I placed an order over three weeks ago and no response; emailed 'the owner' which is basically their customer support email. The lack of communication and feedback makes me think this is a scam and they do not actually fulfill orders.
If the support is here, please contact me as I would like to file a complaint - Jessica from customer support at Breevelle said she will rectify the situation but she went radio silent on me after I provided her with the information she requested. It is so frustrating!!

I did not like this product and cancelled the subscription. I was still charged again and shipped the product. I was NOT refunded. Two weeks later I was charged AGAIN! Worst customer service ever.

The order definitely took too long to…
The order definitely took too long to receive once it was sent to me there was 3 bottles damaged. At first they were going going to give me credit for 1 until I showed them that two of the other bottles were also super low from leaking but not broken. I corrected them and sent more photos and they claim they are sending them out but at this point for those 3 I just wanted my money back but they didnt even offer that. Haven't received my items or got confirmation for shipping. We will see how that goes.

This is just dropshipping of a cheap product
After issues with flavors being unavailable and a completely mistracked order I received what can only be a dropshipping product. The cheap plastic film cannot be properly removed and sticks to the boxes and the bottle tags look completely different from the pictures and nothing at on the products mentions "Breevelle" but instead is called "Kiss artefact"

Angry and Disappointed
SCAM!!very dissatisfied with my product (which, by the way, is only half my order and the other half has been stuck in china for a month) and their AI customer service bot is not helpful at all, i just want to return my product/get a refund but ‘Jessica’ keeps bouncing me around making me send email after email, very disappointing and honestly infuriating. Looked up the address and it’s a tiny office building housing like 300 “companies”, probably all dropshipping scams just like this one!
EDIT april 10: Sent an email, screenshot of their reply attached, and they still won't refund me.... Just offered a replacement which would probably just never get delivered either. 'No more back and forth' Yeah right!
EDIT #2 april 28: STILL emailing back and forth trying to get a refund!! Thought I'd gotten somewhere when their email mentioned escalating for a full refund but when I said YES PLEASE!, they went back to claiming they can't issue refunds once orders have shipped, and offered to send me a replacement again which I've declined about 18 times at this point... Weird as hell don't waste your money!

Misleading
I have sent numerous emails as to the status of my order and never received a response. Called the so-called Customer service number, out of order. I feel this is a scam coming out of another country. Per the tracking number they provided my order has not even been picked up by a carrier. and has been 2 weeks now. An apology response to my review is not necessary just responding to my email with a status update or refund my order.

This company does not care about…
This company does not care about customer service. I ordered a variety pack of scents, I was curious and wanted to check out each flavor. When I received my package I got 6 boxes of all the same flavor. I emailed them as said I have the wrong order, can I return all of these unopened boxes... they said no, and invited me to again order what I attempted to order in the first place??? no exchanges, no refunds, no discount and no apology. wtf. That it super shitty customer service, no acknowledgement of their own error or attempt to fix it just saying, "you can order again and get what you initially wanted!" that is such a waste of money, product and makes zero sense. Now I have 6 unopened boxes of all the same scent that I didn't even order.

Ordered months ago. Never came. Jessica assured me it would show up one day. Never came and isn't coming. Scam!!! She also questioned what prompted me to want to cancel my subscription... ? I said I'm not buying again when I never received first order and haven't even tried it. I imagine this just keeps charging monthly with product never showing up and always on the way. The two bottles of strawberry honey never came. The cucumber one came wet, mildew smell was so strong. This product is also shipped from China. Be careful!!!! Total scam!!!

I ordered on March 3. Received a tracking number on March 11. It is now March 31 and I still do not have my order and tracking number supplied shows no updates since March 11. I have sent several emails and I have received no responses. The phone number listed for the company does not work.

Smells like stale air and tastes like very slightly sugared tap water lol
Always out of stock, so you get repeat emails requesting the same information even after responding and coming to a resolution. Once arrived weeks later the packaging was extremely disappointing. Bottle is very cheap with a misaligned stuck on label, not printed on the bottle as pictured, and worst of all the scent is extremely weak, almost like air and tastes very much like plain water with a tinge of cheap perfume. Save your coins. Just avoid. In the bin.
Not sure what this is but it’s definitely not a breath perfume.

SCAM! Buyer beware!
Before I placed an order, I checked the shipping time. Their website says US orders takes about 2-3 days for processing and 3-7 days for shipping. They had another section for international orders with longer processing time which is misleading because comes to find out the product was coming from China. I ordered 2 flavors; strawberry honey and artic mint. After two weeks, I reached out to customer service letting them know I was disappointed and the tracking number they provided wasn’t working. I bought this for a specific occasion and it didn’t come on time and they told me I can get either store credit or a partial refund. I opted for the partial refund and then they emailed me back asking why I was asking for a partial refund after they offered so I was confused. All this was coming from the same email from somebody named Jessica Puntro. Then they went on to say I would have to wait for the product to come for them to give me a partial refund. The product came yesterday 3/28 and only 1 bottle was sent. Not only that, it wasn’t even their brand!! You can get the same one off Amazon & get 2 bottles for $12! No Breevelle branding, different name, the packaging did not come from the company. TOTAL SCAM!! I had to request a charge back from my bank. REPORT THEM TO THE TO THE US FRAUD DEPARTMENT IF IN THE STATES!! I wish there was an option to upload pics because I have all the receipts!!
