I didn’t think the flavors were that great tasting, but it leaves a pleasant scent and works for hours. Even after waking and coffee! I was pleasantly surprised that it really did work!

Firstly Ann, it's not $38 order it's $90.
Secondly, you and Jessica both are just doing ping pong and not resolving the issue. Your products are absolutely pathetic and you are just doing fraud with Customers. Your refund policy clearly states full refund if the cancellation request raise within 24hrs but you guys deliberately dint respond to emails and give nonsense excuses.

You all are frauds.

Well I ordered this and was so hopeful but what I got was just water with maybe a drop of some flavor. It tasted awful. I didn’t think it was a subscription until I saw another package come through at this point the first order I had was not even used and I had in mind to contact them for a refund but before I realized the 30days was passed so I decided to just let it go but this 2nd package was not expected and as soon as I got it didn’t even open I reached out to support and I got a response saying they couldn’t accept my opened package because of health concerns. Well I said but your company has a 30 day return policy but the agent insisted she couldn’t accept a return. I went back and forth for a while then I knew I had read on their website that there was try it for 30 days so I took a screenshot of that and that’s when they refunded me magically. Don’t waist your money on this water in a bottle and your energy when you want to get your money back. I had already reported the transaction to my bank so I wasn’t worried but wow such a good way to steal peoples hard earned money. No cool!

Not sure how to rate this. i ordered 4 flavors: Arctic Frost, Spearment, Honey Strawberry, and Coconut Vanilla. I was relly excited to receive the product. I've only tried the Spearmint so far. I put some in my mouth, and didn't really feel any taste. I kissed my partner and he couldn't tell the taste either. I'll try the other 3 flavors but I don't have high hopes for them.

Only ordered once but they kept on sending me 4 times the same order which I was charged 4x without my permission. Horrible.

Predatory company that doesn’t have any way to cancel a subscription via their website, and email requests to their support email results in a diabolical back and forth with offers of discounts if you continue - they’ve charged me for the next month in the week I’ve repeatedly asked for them to stop my subscription. Very disappointing and frustrating customer service.

This company is Horrible to deal with. I ordered one time order and they sent a second and third order without my consent or permission. I emailed Jessica at customer support on June 14 and told her to cancel my order and any future orders. She assured me there would be no future charges but today they charged me another $71! I emailed Jessica again and she said she could not help me as the order I never wanted was shipped. Absolutely outrageous!! Do NOT order this crappy flavored water that does nothing for your breath. I am disputing the charges with my bank. Terrible customer service. This company should be shut down. Cheaters and scammers.

It’s nice but seems a bit ineffective and ultimately you need to spray it a lot before you can experience the benefits.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend.

The product just tastes like plain water. There’s nothing special about it and it’s definitely not worth the price.

The worst part is the customer service. I emailed them to cancel my subscription because I wasn’t happy with the product, but they never even replied. Instead, they just charged me another CHF 40 for the subscription anyway.

That’s honestly a joke. Charging customers without responding to cancellation requests is completely unacceptable. I definitely won’t be ordering again.

Absolutely fuming. Feels really unfair and the customer service has been awful.

The order of 6 flavours was delivered after some time (= del. time from China), but the differentl flavours/scents are fine :-)

Probably will order again.

I ordered 8 bottles. They got here fast. They actually taste ok. I have actually had people tell me that I have pleasant breath. I have had delivery updates, emails asking if everything is working well with the product.
I’m very happy with the experience I got. Ordered on 6-6, shipped on 6-9 received on 6-13.

Just flavoured, crappy tasting water. Doesn’t work. Makes you subscribe to monthly purchases without consent. I was quite shocked to find out I had another order coming. There was no subscription option when I bought 4 bottles. Waste of my fkn money. I bought into the BS. When sent from China, you know it’s bogus. Don’t waste your time and money. Gum will do a better job.

The product is nice, but doesn't last long, also, didn't like the cucumber flavor, and didn't receive a notice before the subscription renewed and couldn't change the flavor

The site promises a "30-day risk free guarantee" and states that if you are not satisfied, you can receive a full refund, no questions asked. I received the product (which came from china) and it was basically lightly scented water. It was not effective at anything. I reached out to customer service, and stated that I would like to return for a refund under their guarantee given that I am not at all satisfied, they reply asking for a photo of the product (which is weird), but I send one, and then they reply and state that they will not accept a return/issue a refund. With no reason why, no clarification, just that they won't. Unbelievable. I have replied stating that I will contact my bank for a charge back, if they cannot meet their own guarantee. I am waiting on a response now. There is zero reason for them to turn down the refund if they follow their own policy, and yet they are trying to without giving any reason as to why. I also just realized while getting screenshots of the guarantee, that it isn't possible to actually leave a review on their site- so the reviews the show are likely fake.
