I ordered a pair of stirrup leathers and was one cent off of free shipping, so I added a cheap pair of socks to get free shipping. When the order was shipped, tracking showed that both items were shipped, and when they arrived it showed both items delivered, but when I opened the package it was only the pair of socks. When I reached out to customer service, they let me know that the stirrup leathers were out of stock. I was able to get a refund and a $10 gift card after some back and forth. Customer service is friendly but I found it sketchy that they didn’t notify me ahead of time that the leathers were out of stock - seems they would’ve just kept the money without sending me an item if I hadn’t reached out.

The sizing chart link did not work so I guessed at sizing. I also erroneously ordered the wrong color. I tried to call within a few hours to change the color but was told the order had already shipped. At this point I had no confirmation of shipping and I did not believe it had shipped. The shipping confirmation arrived 12 hours later. The breeches arrived and were probably 4 sizes too large. I tried "customer service" number several times but only got through via email. The email said I would need to pay for shipping to return and would not budge, despite how their sizing link did not work. I would have returned them for the wrong color, but given the ridiculously large size, I wanted them to cover the shipping. The "customer service" would not budge. I will not order from them again.

Took a long time to get here. Before they arrived, the price dropped on the boots by @$50. I asked if they would credit my account and they declined. Won’t purchase from them again and have shared this disappointment with my barn. Twenty-six horse owners.

I placed an order in early September, never received the package, and have been in contact with customer service for 3 months now and have yet to receive my refund. Customer service has been the same response and the response saying it’s going to take 5-6 months to credited me, yet it’s been long past that. I am beginning to think this is a scam.

I bought the Lila duffle bag a few months ago for myself, Love it. Well made and so cute. I bought another with a matching stainless steel tumbler for a friends Christmas present. These are awesome.

Only shopped because of the BOGO sale. The checkout process was confusing (and I shop online all the time) and it checked me out before I was ready or able to confirm anything (no shipping selections, no payment selections, it just auto-logged me in using shop.com) and didn't apply the BOGO deal. I emailed them immediately and they did respond quickly and canceled the order.
What was frustrating is that they sent MANY emails back and forth at first confirming that the items I tried to purchase were eligible for the BOGO deal, that they had a system/website error, apologized, and offered to create a new order and apply the discount. I was thrilled and asked them to do that. Then they responded and said it was only a 1-day deal and that it was no longer valid. We went back and forth a few times and then finally it got escalated and someone else responded saying that the items I wanted to purchase did NOT count for the BOGO discount because they were already at sale prices (which the BOGO deal didn't specify but at least that explains why the discount wasn't applied the first time).
I don't plan to purchase from them again (or for a first time)

Fast shipping and the riding clothes I purchased for my granddaughter were gorgeous!! The prices are reasonable as well.

Clearance sale, but sizing was seriously wrong. Stuck with an unusable item. Caveat emptor.

Terrible experience with breeches.com - buyer beware. I purchased an item for my daughter. When it arrived it looked like it had been worn, washed and returned, and was several sizes too small. I contacted customer service and they would not help, asking me to send pictures after pictures (which I did), and multiple measurements (which I did.) They do not stand behind their product and would not help with a return, and truly THE worst experience I have had with any company in a very long time. Beware when purchasing, as returns are near impossible.

Well packaged. Nice quality pads and other things. The boots didn't fit. In fairness, they were clearance, so I knew I couldn't return - but was hoping I could exchange since they had the size on the clearance list. Nope. No dice. So that was disappointing. No sure if I would order here again.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The breeches do not fit right the shipping was messed up after they promised it was the right address and when asked to refund due to not getting the package it was denied.

The item was riding boots and they arrived well packed and in good condition, was very impressed
